Mission Taco blends classic elements of rich authentic Mexican fare mixed with modern culinary techniques and local flavors. Our menu is authentically inauthentic and we consider ourselves not a Mexican Restaurant but a TACO JOINT.

Our food is the first part of the puzzle but an equal piece is our cocktail program. Every week our team introduces new spirits and drinks to our forever growing collection. Each cocktail that’s selected has been perfected by some of the best mixologist in the Long Island and New York region.

Mission Taco introduces a fun, trendy and relaxed environment that is perfect for a quick bite with the family or a fun filled night of cocktails and eats. We have worked with some of the top DJ’s on Long Island to curate a playlist filled with Golden Age Hip-Hop beats and more.

I don’t know if it was just because of it being pretty quiet the night we went but the staff was basically just waiting around to take our plates it seemed. They took the plates so fast they even took my husband’s fork before we were done with the side we were sharing. We had to request more silverware to finish our meal. The street corn was good but it almost seemed more like mac n cheese because of how much cheese was in it. I was trying to remove clumps of cheese as it was a bit overwhelming.

Very disappointed with this establishmetn. My family and I had been there several times. we would routinely go there for dinner prior to a show at the Paramount Theater across the street. It had previously had been fine. This time however was a disaster. We had a 6:30pm reservation for 6 people and when we showed up we were told that we would have to sit at a four top. There was no room for us. no attempt to make arrangments so that we could fit. They just pointed us in the direction of the table and walked away. Really turned off. Sadly i will never return with the unprofessional handling of our reservation.

Food was good but small portions and over priced. Drinks as well. The service was fast but we felt rushed by the wait staff. This is my second time and both visits were not great. Last time they didn’t have a menu item available on the kids menu.

Such a fun cute spot for tacos! I got the gringo, chicken tinga, and sweet potato tacos. Definitely would get the gringo & chicken tinga tacos again! Love the decor inside. Our waiter was very attentive to our needs and friendly. We went on a Thursday on the later side so it wasn’t too loud. They also honored us arriving over 30 minutes late without any hesitation. Thanks!

Showed up 10min early for our reservation and got seated 30min after our reservation time. The music was entirely too loud, left with ringing ears and couldn't have a conversation with the person across from me. Food was cold and also not enjoyable. Drinks came extremely slow.
