Delicious food and drinks. Cool vibe. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for quiet, but the DJ was cool!

The drinks were amazing. The service was amazing. The restaurant was beautiful. The food was ehhh, especially the rice for this being an asian restaurant. The rice was dry. Also i want to note, the food was said to be sharing portions. They are not. They are standard restaurant portions

If they were to lower their prices a few dollars to be competitive w other pho in Philly, we’d be more likely to visit more often. Summer rolls were substantial with pork and shrimp but the spring rolls, at the same price were less substantial. Beautifully decorated and the server was nice, however it seemed like perhaps there was not enough kitchen staff because the food took longer than expected to come out. They have a pink bar and a wall of gold gilded mirrors with video screens showing gorgeous scenes of Halong Bay in Vietnam. I think many people would find it an attractive place to sit while having a drink. Sinatra in the background during lunch.

Went to lunch during Philly Restaurant Week! Great pick. Pho broth very flavorful, as were the summer rolls served with peanut sauce. It’s so cute in there! Girls Night Out vibes for sure!

We had a delicious meal at Miss Saigon, which included spring rolls, banh mi, pork skewer, and grilled skewers. Everything was delicious. We also had cocktails that were inventive and very tasty. The signature Miss Saigon cocktail was a showstopper. The atmosphere is very cool in the front bar and upstairs, but the same attention to style did not carry through to the back bar. Service was prompt, professional and friendly. We would highly recommend!

The food was utterly fantastic! I've dined at many Vietnamese restaurants -- my favorite -- and I've gotta say, this was the best! My wife had the summer rolls plus the beef skewers and she was in ecstasy. I had the pancake-type tacos and loved it! Our waitress was friendly, responsive and helpful. If you like Vietnamese food, don't miss this gem!
