    This place is elegant, but also very welcoming and not stuffy. Our server Ryan was a gem and he was very knowledgeable about all of the dishes and appetizers. We went for our wedding anniversary and it was the best choice to make! Definitely will be back!

    An excellent evening from beginning to end. Amazing cocktails at Chandelier Bar where we had found a very creative menu and warm and friendly service from the very talented mixologist. Jamal, the assistant F&B manager provided exceptional Southern hospitality. The menu, while somewhat limited offers fantastic appetizers and entrees that showcase the local flavors and foods of NOLA. Every dish we had was delicious. The appetizer stand outs were the Duck and Andouille Gumbo and Blue Crab Au Gratin. The Lightly blackend snapper was perfectly prepared and piping hot and the friend bone- in porkchop with pickled okra was a favorite. Mauricio provided perfect service. We will definitely return.

    My favorite restaurant… anywhere. Creative dishes and great service. Large group fixed menu was excellent.

    We had a 3pm reservation. Upon entering the restaurant acted as if we were a surprise. The kitchen got rid of many brunch/lunch dishes and the remaining choices were few. We eventually gave up and ordered drinks only and moved to the other bar. Our poor server was caught in the middle. This place should simply do away with the later afternoon reservations if they are in such a race to shift to the evening service.

    The food was very good., though not exceptional. The service was fair at best. There are many places in New Orleans to get a great breakfast, and I would choose French Toast on 1035 Decatur for both taste and value over Miss River.

    I’ve read a good bit of bad reviews, service wise, and I’ve come here to say both times I’ve dined here the service was great! Especially this past dinner experience with Ryan M. Sweet potato brioche bread with cane syrup butter is a must. My husband very much enjoyed his steak and the fried pork chop was very interesting flavor wise.
