Service was good however the restaurant made multiple mistakes during our stay. We were given the wrong order and had to wait longer for our food to be remade. We then were charged for that wrong plate and had to get the bill revised appropriately. When we paid we used a visa gift card and was unaware that the restaurant charges 20% fee when using a visa gift card and the restaurant failed to inform us of this so we had the impression that we were over charged. We left a cash tip however still waiting to get the 20% fee back onto the card. Food was good but everything leading and after the food was shaky.

My dad walks with a cane, and the host was incredibly nice about walking slowly to the table with him. Add great food and reasonable prices for a party of 10, and it was the brunch was a hit!

It was nice. Loved the decor, particularly the comfy settees. Food was good, as was service. It just didn’t “wow” me and perhaps my expectations were hyped by reading the reviews in advance. Worth a visit!

The food was fantastic, we ate two wonderful pizzas with ice-cold beer, the service was very cordial and the price fair.

Service was very slow, but server was very nice. Food was not what we expected. It was barely edible. Not a traditional Italian restaurant at all.

The brunch was middling diner fare and the menu was small. The service was slow, disconnected, and overwhelmed despite the restaurant being only at quarter capacity. We could barely get a refill on coffee. I don't know how this place climbed to #1 on TripAdvisor, but it was an not organic climb. Do not go here, in a huge city like Chicago - other offerings will bode better experiences and food.
