You may have noticed a little change in our name, so allow us to reintroduce ourselves. Ciao, we're Mio Modo. "Mio Modo" means "my way." Well, Scott's way, to be specific. So what can you expect? Mary Beth is an awesome server. She always makes the evening fun and very hospitable. Food and wine was excellent. The noise level is a little tough.....it's hard to have a conversation with someone sitting across from you. The tables are packed in a little tight and the sounds bounces off the high ceilings.

Food and service was fantastic. Only down side is we were sat right next to the opening of the kitchen and bar so constantly had other employees on top of us with glasses, dishes, etc. being cleaned or brought out.

Wonderful evening out with my family including small children. Hostess and waiter both very kind. Great service. Food was excellent, came out hot and well seasoned. We didn’t feel rush but service was efficient. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our meal here! Had the Sophie Loren cocktail, meatball appetizer and pasta with sausage and vodka sauce entree. All were delicious! Service was very good. The place has a great vibe and the redone decor is modern but classic at the same time. Only complaint was the prices were pretty high for the portion sizes. But, I would return for the food as it was very good, it would just be more of a special occasion place.

We did not enjoy our entrees. The service was very good. This is our second time at this restaurant and will not go back again.

We had a wonderful meal and found out they are bringing back the old Francesca’s menu! Our server Mary Beth is the best. She always takes great care of us!

We had a wonderful time from start to finish. Our server was Aiden and he was just wonderful, charming, and knowledgeable. The ambiance is great for a date night, and the menu options are impressive. The prices are fair, and the portions are generous. This is a spot definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

Mio Modo is our favorite restaurant in the South Elgin/Geneva area! We moved from Chicago and was so happy to find Mio here! Great Italian Restaurant and wonderful staff!
