Exclusively on Tuesdays (seven course tasting menu for $75pp) No à la carte on TUESDAYS 🥲 à la carte available the rest of the week.

Reservations at our Chef's Counter for a 12 course tasting menu available for $125pp with a beverage pairing for $50pp. Seatings at 6pm & 8pm

We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us or let us know if you are running later than 10 minutes.
Your table will be reserved for 2 hours for parties up to 4; and 2.5 hours for parties of 4+.

Sit at our Chef's Counter and have our executive Chef Daniel Cancino artistically craft your tasting menu before your eyes. We will call you the day before to confirm allergies and dietary restrictions. Payment will be taken at the restaurant. Taxes and gratuities are not included.

Thank you for joining us for a patio reservation. Please note all patio reservations are weather dependant. In the case of inclement weather we will call you around 3pm on the same day to see if we can accommodate your party indoors on a first-come first-served basis.

Chef Daniel Cancino curates a set menu for parties of 5 or more. The cost per person is $95 per person before tax and 20% auto gratuity. We also have a beverage pairing for $50 per person available. All items are served family-style. Below is a sample menu, items are subject to change. Allergies must be confirmed 24 hours in advance to be accommodated. Our good friends recommended this place for the chef's selection menu. They loved it so much, they came back another time with us! We were impressed with the quality, taste, presentation and restaurant all around. We sat at the chef's counter, and were able to interact with the chefs as well. They certainly did magic back there!

The chef’s counter tasting was one of the best tasting experiences we’ve ever had. Chef was so kind and down to earth, it felt like we were having dinner at a friend’s home. Servers were gracious and so helpful! Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have been to Mineral in the past month. The first time was a delightful experience and I was really impressed with the food and service. The second time surpassed the first. The whole experience is an indulgences of the sense. The staff are outstanding. They are pleasant and well informed and eager to please. Our server was great with suggesting food to pair together and attending to dietary preferences. Each member of the staff seems fully engaged in the entire experience. The food is not only visually stunning but each mouthful is delectable. So full bodied and yet light. The chef has put together some unlikely pairings that are now my new favourite choices. I can't say enough about this restaurant except to say I can't wait to go back.

What a hidden gem! We did the tasting experience at the chef’s table and it was incredible. Service was amazing and highly recommend the wine pairing.

Mineral was a delightful surprise. Everything was delicious and presented beautifully. We had the tasting menu and enjoyed everything- in particular, the ensaymada and scallop inari pockets. The desert- Ube leche flan - was suberb, and unlike any flan we’ve ever had previously. It was a unique combination of sour plums, white chocolate and compressed fruit , served with a luscious soft serve. One of the best dinners we’ve had in Toronto for quite some time.

We ordered the 9 course tasting menu with wine pairing and everything was outstanding. Amazingly unique flavours. The staff were so helpful, especially Julia, who really made the evening for us. I highly recommend Mineral.
