The place was not full at all, however the waitress takes a long time to approach our table and only to tell us “I have 2 more tables ahead of you, so I’ll be back”. Okay… She could have got us our drinks while we waited but didn’t. We waited for a long time and when we finally got our food it was not worth the wait. The chicken and waffles I ordered were the worst I’ve ever had. The chicken tasted like it was breaded with Parmesan cheese. The French toast sticks my son ordered from the kids menu was simply bread, it didn’t look or taste like French toast. My blood orange hibiscus mimosa was terrible! I will never go back to this place. Don’t waste your money! The manager really needs to put more attention and improve their service.

Food wasn’t quite prepared as ordered. Server wasn’t quite the server we would have liked. I don’t expect to get a check when I wasn’t even half way through with my meal. I expect my server to ask if we want refills. Our server appeared to have her mind elsewhere. This was an unusual occurrence. Most times our grade is 5 down the line.

There was absolutely no point in making a reservation… we waited over an hour to be seated while smaller parties walked in the door and got seated right away. Horrible experience for fathers day!

The food was fresh and so tasty. I love their new menu and that fact that it changes from time to time to keep up with the new food industry.

Waited over an hour for food and when we finally got it, the food tasted unpleasant due to it being cold. Omelettes aren’t supposed to be cold. Previous experience has been great and never expected this. However, we still left a tip as we felt the waiters tried their best and seemed this was out of their control. Not sure that we will go again while celebrating what should’ve been a special event. Hopefully the restaurant can consider this as constructive criticism and focus on making this a better experience for others in the future.

Came here after a graduation and waited over an hour for food. The restaurant was busy. Yet, they failed to let us know from the get go that the kitchen was short staffed. I think the staff should’ve been a bit more communicative with tables of the wait times for food from the time they sat tables.

Mimis has great service, great food, plenty of friendly servers, large variety of drinks and meals. Outstanding quality food not frozen or processed. Nice and cozy ambience. Very clean. They really seem to care about their customers. We've been a fan for many years. Highly recommend this place.

We went for Mother’s Day. I understand it’s a holiday but I had reservations a week before. They had a select menu that was not online or anywhere and u had to pay a set $35 for it and wouldn’t let u even choose a salad or kids meal to anything to save money. Then they ran out of all desserts and we were there at 4 pm. So we had to have a muffin but still had to pay for the dessert that we didn’t get. We asked our waiters and waitress for drinks many times that never got refilled. We had a party of 12 so I understand it’s busy but u would think u would take care of the bigger parties especially. Not Well planned out and the place wasn’t that busy.

They had a Mother’s Day menu which I was unaware and a little disappointed however I came for the mimosas and they did not disappoint. Best mimosas ever. In spite of how busy they were our server was excellent overall very happy with the experience

My poor review is based on the fact that even though I made a reservation for Mother’s Day, they were 1.5 hours behind. That ruined our plans. We had to leave and scramble to find another place to have brunch. It did not end well and we compromised a lot just to have a meal.
