Upon entering the restaurant we checked in with the hostess, who told me I had to wait, she was fixing the menus. Then she took a phone call, went back to fixing the menus and finally assisted us. We were taken to a large room in the back, which had several unoccupied booths, but she sat us next to a booth that was occupied - it would have been nice to have some space. Our waitress was very good, however, the food sat so long all five dishes were cold upon arrival and no one ever came back to check on us until she had to go on her lunch break and brought us the bill. Mimi's used to be a family favorite. We won't be going back.

Low service rating referred to the hostess who checked us in. We arrived 10 before reservation, she couldn't locate it. Told us there would be a 15 min wait. She never acknowledged us again. 21 mins into the wait one of the waiters picked up 5 menus and took us to our table. The hostess was not cordial or friendly. Did not appreciate being ignored.

I haven't been to Mimi's in a while. It was ok. The service was good but the prices seemed a bit elevated for the quality of the food. It's just so 90's.

Without a doubt, the waiter, waitress and host were all 3 OUTSTANDING! They let us talk our heads off and didn’t rush us to order. The food was excellent (as always) and we stayed from 1:45 pm - 4:45 pm without interruption!

They were understaffed. The server also had to be the bartender, which wasn’t his fault. But because he was overwhelmed with so many tables and areas, it took a long time to get our drinks, then to take our order and to even get our bill.
