Millstone Restaurant was established in 2006,it is located at the heart of the city centre on Dame street, directly opposite the Central Plaza and specialises in steaks.

1 Course €19.95 , 2 Course Early Bird/Set Menu €28.95 available everyday for Lunch and Dinner.
Lunch Menu €13.95, 7 days a week 12 to 4pm

Millstone has this unique ambience, perfect for couples dining by candlelight or for a large group of friends using their private mezzanine that can take up to 30 people.

Millstone Restaurant also offers an extensive gluten-free menu. A great variety of choice and the comfort of knowing that their professional kitchen and waiting staff are highly trained in this area.

A lovely restaurant, small and compact. Staff were very nice and the food (I had lamb shank) was excellent.

We came for a business dinner (19 people) and were seated in an upstairs private area (with open balcony looking down overlooking part of the restaurant below). They took our drink orders and came up with them fairly quickly. The waitress had to make several trips up and down the stairs. We all found our drinks to be really good. Food came fairly quickly and was pretty good. The petite steak was mediocre, those who had the salmon or the lamb shank really enjoyed it as did those who had the portobello mushroom appetizer. The down side: we were a large group. While waiting for our food, the hostess came upstairs telling us that we were too loud and needed to quiet down. We were not being obnoxious but were definitely enjoying some good laughs. This really brought down the mood and changed the night for us, as we felt we weren't able to have conversations or laugh anymore, so much that nobody wanted to stay for dessert.

We made a last minute booking and so glad we did. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent and despite the lateness of the hour we were not rushed out in any way. Would thoroughly recommend

The food was so good! I have the 18oz ribeye and it was huge and well priced for its size and taste! The server was lovely! 5/5

Lovely venue and had best seats at the window. Staff lovely & friendly. Food disappointing, mushroom starter a bit tasteless and fish batter over done and way too much batter! However, chips were good.

Very good food, great staff, good value; The express lunch option is particularly good value. Tables are a little close together - just need to request a discrete one if you are on a special date (: Nice ambiance - in a bussing part of town.
