The team behind Millie’s is passionate about pizza, both the coal-fired and the Neapolitan styles. Thanks to “dueling ovens”, pies from both varieties are offered. Inspired by childhood visits to Totonno’s, the legendary Coney Island pizzeria, the coal oven burns over 650+ degrees and can produce pies in five minutes. The signature Millie’s pie combines sautéed tomatoes with fresh mozzarella and a sprinkling of parmesan. The Neapolitan wood oven, hand-built by Italy’s celebrated Ferrara family, and imported from Naples, cooks pizzas, such as the Margherita, in just 90 seconds thanks to the intense 800+ degree heat.

Evoking memories of bountiful “Sunday Suppers” where families gathered around the table to share recipes passed down from generation to generation, Millie’s Old World Meatballs & Pizza is bringing that same convivial feeling of a close knit Italian family to everyone.

The first thing I need to mention, which I think is the most important is the service the girl who serviced our table she was so sweet attentive and Very knowledgeable when it came to the menu. The food was excellent. Everything tasted fresh to perfection from the drinks to the food. I have no complaints about any of it.

started off with the mozzarella carrozza (very good) followed by a porterhouse steak which was delicious as well as the mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. cooked perfectly and was delicious. Side salad was very good also . Great value and I would put it in the same class as a high end steakhouse

One of the best steak dinners I’ve ever had on Staten Island. The drinks are strong and very tasty. It does tend to get crowded, which affects the service towards the end of your meal, trying to get dessert and a check took longer than it should have all in all the servers have always been pleasant and professional, I will definitely be going back and would recommend Millie

We had the steak dinner for 2 it was amazing it was cooked perfectly and the sides were great the price is also great I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a great steak at a great price

Server seemed inexperienced or was just in a hurry. We ordered our drinks and our shared app. He then came back a couple of times for mains, but we could not decide. When we finally did place our order everything came out at once.

We were seated quickly outside in a comfortable area. We had waited quite a few minutes for table service, though. The food was delicious. We had the arugula cranberry salad and the porter house steak with potatoes and broccoli. The steak was AWESOME and worth every cent. The carrot cake dessert was mouth watering. Their home made whipped cream was fantastic! The creamcicle vodka was not tasty. Peach sangria was good. The service personnel was attentive & pleasant. He covered everything.
