Since its creation in 1818, seven generations have succeeded each other in the running of the Billecart-Salmon. Motivated by a shared passion for wine, from the vine to the glass, each member of this family has brought their own personal touch to the House of Billecart-Salmon. The champagnes of Maison Billecart-Salmon are above all created thanks to the knowledge of the people who rigorously cultivate an estate of 100 hectares, obtaining grapes from an area totalling 300 hectares across 40 crus of the Champagne region.
