Our Server Laurie was phenomenal. Food and Drink were amazing. Prompt service. Fun atmosphere overall. Definitely worth the trip. Highly recommend

I have been to Mill Valley Kitchen a couple times. Each time it has been a wonderful experience! This is why I brought my daughter and her husband here for her birthday dinner. She loves to experience new and upcoming restaurants, I thought I would take her somewhere she has not been before. My daughter and her husband loved everything about it and said they will be back with their friends. Saturday night, prime time, server and staff were awesome. It is so beautiful inside. Good lighting, great choice of fun drinks, the food is sooo fresh; you can taste it! It was so easy to be able to have a conversation across the table without straining. Spring rolls with mango and peanut sauce for an app was delicious! So was the rest of our dinner. I also loved the choice of desserts as a trio! While this is a restaurant to bring your special guests or special occasions I could also see the locals enjoying themselves. That says a lot! Thank you!

The “Day Spa” mocktail was refreshing and unlike most mocktails, not at all too sweet. The Duck Confit Bahn Mi was very yummy, flavorful on a baguette that had exactly the right chew-to-crust ratio, and was enough to share with one’s dining companion as an appetizer. But since I was dining solo, it made a most satisfying lunch. Staff was friendly but not hovering. On the Friday before Labor Day, the patrons were mostly women (mid-40s to 50s), well-coiffed and manicured, and smartly-dressed (this borders on Edina) dining in pairs or small groups. With some construction happening in the area, it can be a tad noisy when big trucks pull away from the intersection; even so, the sun-dappled patio is a lovely place to enjoy a thoughtfully prepared lunch on a late summer day.

Excellent food choices, great service, unique presentations with the food as well as savory. The ginger beer was so refreshing and delightful on a hot summer day.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is very good, with enough variation in the menu to satisfy most people. The service is always great, warm, friendly, but not invasive or intrusive. This is our place for special occasions with friends, and has been so since it opened.

We have always had good experiences at Mill Valley Kitchen. I have a gluten allergy and the menu is very clear on options -- many good choices. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
