Born from a love of sushi, the freshest ingredients, and bringing people together, our menu pairs classic sushi with unexpected touches. Seasonally inspired whenever possible, our menu relies on the highest-quality fish and freshest local ingredients available to bring out the best flavors in every dish..                                             I really wanted to like this place. Upon being seated I felt like I was in a fish bowl, every employee would stare at you, very uncomfortable. I placed a cocktail order and my wife asked our server, Ace, to describe the Sake. He had no idea. There were only 3 types of fish to choose from. The cocktail took forever to arrive. We finally settled up and left.

                                            Best sushi experience so far in Grand Cayman. Service is facts and personalized. We saw the preparation live in front of us. If you don’t like te menu or have food restrictions you can have anything else from Catalina restaurant.

                                            Ace was an amazing waiter. He remembered our names and was patient while we found the correct wine pairing for our meal. The food was amazing, the aesthetics was nonpareil, and the staff were accommodating. They have my unequivocal recommendation.

                                            Great effort from my server, Ace, bringing an upbeat attitude to my night. The edamame was steeped in intense flavour (and a great portion size to share). I was recommended the crab/shrimp roll and it was both entertaining to see it made in front of me and also to get to eat it!

                                            Food was great and the staff was very accomodating. Special shoutout to our server Vivek for the good recommendations. The aburi salmon belly temari and the farm and reef roll was great! We will definitely be back.
