Milk Bun. brings you both the finest ingredients and atmosphere, for a truly unforgettable experience.
Founded in 2018, Milk Bun. was born from two brothers with a passion for good food & good times. Both brothers share the same ethos, utilising only the freshest of locally sourced ingredients; all whilst providing the perfect place to enjoy them.

We take great pride in our hand-made, gourmet burgers; sourcing only the finest grass-fed aged meat, perfectly complemented by our secret signature bun recipe.

Unfortunately the atmosphere wasn't ideal, it was quite loud and there was an alarm that kept going off outside that was very off-putting. I really enjoyed the fried pickles but the burger and loaded fries just weren't that nice. They weren't very tasty which is a shame

Good food but cramped and lack of proper extraction fan or air flow meant we left hot and smelling of fats. Shame they didn’t offer a kids menu as we came in for Fathers Day with children

The staff were all lovely and very attentive. Food was insane!! Could not fault any thing we ordered! Especially loved the fried pickles! Would 100% come back and will definitely recommend!

The burgers didn’t disappoint and neither did the fried chicken or the loaded fries, definitely one of the best burger spots in bristol
