Milk and Honey is a New Orleans themed Southern Brunch that features Award Winning Shrimp & Grits, Chicken & Waffles, RumChata French Toast and specializes in other slow cooked mouth-watering favorites. Love Milk & Honey! The vibe is amazing, the food is delicious and our server was friendly. Highly recommend!

food was ok at best. reservations was for 12:45p. I sat and waited until 1:25p for my table and the hostess had forgotten to seat us

Nice menu, nice service but impossible to have a conversation. The music was too loud!

My experience was okay, but I truly expected better. Once we were seated at our table, our section waiter never came over. We sat for at least 5-10 minutes before another server came over and checked on us. That server said he would see if he could find our server and if not he would serve us. He took out drink orders before leaving. I went to the bathroom and when i came back our server finally showed up. He took out orders and poured water but didn’t bring any silverware or napkins. We had two apps and three dinner orders. One app came then after a time, the second came out with the dinners. My chicken ( w/& waffles) was over cooked. Another meal that was a seafood pasta, came out but there was very little sauce with it. We had to ask for a side sauce to eat it. Then the waiter brought out a small ketchup container with sauce, lol. My chicken & waffles was cold because I had my appetizer to eat with it. The only thing I really enjoyed were the old bay honey wings. They were outstanding. The pineapple inside down Hennessy drink was also hitting as well but it was served in a martini glass which was weird. The ambiance was nice and the music playing was cool as well. The noise level was also okay. I didn’t really enjoy my whole meal and my server was trash. These things need to be looked at and revamped because it was horrible, especially the service of the waiter. At this point if I do back, it would only be for those wings.

Perfect. Great good. Great service. Loved the music. Awesome location. Will be back or will try out the other locations

Food was exceptional, the service was mediocre at best. After waiting about 20 minutes we were finally waited on and provided water, was not that busy when we sat down, and we had reservations. The check came with a pre-selected 22% tip , with mediocre service; was a bit bent over that but its DC and the wharf - service is usually sub-par in SW for whatever reason.

So glad I got to experience milk and honey! I got the cheesecake pancakes and they were so good. The lavender mimosa was also delicious.

Unfortunately, the food at The Wharf M&H location was no bueno on this visit. I normally eat at the College Park location so I was excited to try the Wharf. But to my surprise, the food wasnt fresh & it had absolutely no flavor, i mean none. The grits were super runny & watery. The eggs were disgusting. The chicken was super dry & flavorless. Deviled eggs were just ok. The biscoff waffles taste less than regular ones & became super soggy sitting underneath the dry chicken. I was wondering how I food was prepared so quickly bc everything came to us so fast. So nothing was fresh, except for his fish sandwich. The lemonade tasted like sewer water & my husband agreed with me &:usually he ests everything. This was a surprise bc the College Park location has the best food ever. So i was disappointed. However, our waitress was wonderful. She could tell i didnt enjoy my food so she removed the grits & lemonade from the check. She was very attentive & provided excellent service. So we tipped her well bc its not her fault the food was poor. I will return to the College Park location from now on. I would mot recommend The Wharf location to anyone.

Delicious food but service needs to improve. Bringing jam and butter 15 minutes after the food is served is not acceptable. We should have had to ask for it when all guests had bread.
