This was our third time here for breakfast and unfortunately today was a bit of a disaster. The coffee cream curdled upon pouring, and it went down hill from there. They did go buy new cream, but then our server didn’t come back to take our order. Twenty minutes later another server came and we got our order in, but we still didn’t have coffee and the food took a very long time to prepare. Several tables around us who arrived after us got their food before us. With two hungry kids, and two seniors, it was a tough wait. Once the food did come our potatoes (and fried egg) were not hot and my soft poached eggs benny was not soft. We didn’t mention the issues with the food, as it had already been over 1.5 hours and the kids were done. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and it wasn’t a great start to the day!

Monday night so a little quiet, but great food and attentive service, waitress (sorry, can’t recall her name), was attentive, knowledgeable, and ,best of all, good fun!

Lovely meal and server. Very pleasant surroundings. The staff was also very accommodating for our group’s needs.

I have been a regular Milestones customer for many years and have never been disappointed with a meal until Thursday when I ordered the chilled seafood cobb salad. The 2 large shrimp were impressive but the seafood portion was very small and there was no dressing on the greens. On Friday, I lunched at the recently renovated Milestones Market Mall. My friend ordered the same chilled seafood salad. What a difference!! The seafood portion was generous and there was a nice amount of dressing on the greens. We liked the new décor. One thing that stood out was the noise level -- quiet even though the restaurant was full. I live closer to the Royal Oak location but I'll be going to the Market Mall restaurant instead. By the way, the staff at both locations are great!!

We were extremely disappointed with the overall experience and poor service we received at the Royal Oak location last night. Only saw our server when he took our order and then to bring us our bill. At which time he said “sorry for the poor service but I was busy with my big table’. After our food was served no one came by to see how our food was. Would never go to this location again and will be sure to let friends and family know. We’ve been to the Whistler and Market Mall locations, where service was outstanding.

We waited 1 1/2 hours for our meal. Way too long. Beet salad was excellent, lettuce wraps were good, cod was great, calamari was good, steak was good. Drinks were great They need to improve the waiting time

Great food and great service. Restaurant is decorated nicely. Booth and tables are very comfortable. Will definitely come back again.

Overall a good experience. Dramatic improvement over previous occupant Cattlebaron. Food is really good, service needs some work, but assume this is a matter of training a lot of really junior staff. Date nite is a good deal, generous portions, consistent quality, etc.

Very good service and the food was also very good as well. The noise level on the patio was too high. A very good food selection on the menu.
