the restaurant could not accept an Air Miles coupon because their system was not accepting the numbers and the manager had no authorization to accept the coupon or in turn provide a gift card to cover that coupon. There was no signage anywhere to let the customer know that for now their system could not take any coupons.

For our first visit, I was extremely disappointed. The menu was limited in my opinion, the portions were very small for the over priced meals and there was NO flavour to my pasta dish. Extremely disappointed in the dining experience and unfortunately not a place I would visit again.

I really enjoyed my dinner at Milestones. I stopped going for awhile because they replaced Diet Coke with Coke Zero…but I was thrilled they brought back Diet Coke. Happy hour is from 5-6 so we picked up a few appetizers. The food is good and the portion size is decent. Their prices have gone up, but that’s everywhere. I’ll definitely be going back. My favourite dish is the Portobello Mushroom Chicken.

Four of us, sitting outside on a warm day. Service was good, as well as the food.

Good was good , I ordered the steak sandwich that’s something I really like and I usually share it with my friend as it always come as 2 small sandwiches, so I ordered and mentioned to the server that we are going to share . Before last night whenever I mentioned that they would brought it in 2 separate plates that was very convenient. But this time it came in one plate which I said that’s ok and then I asked another server to bring an extra plate to be Abel to share which I think he forgot about it and after we just used a plate that one of the kids has her fries on to share the food . Another issue was it’s a common courtesy that we get the tap water on the table filled when glasses are empty which did not happen even once This is the second time that I noticed it’s very hard to get a server attention in this location to ask for things. I think maybe as the tips are already included in the price when the party is big (we were 8) they don’t care anymore. It’s a convenient location where you can find a table last minute and food is good but service was disappointing.

Prepare for a long meal. We arrived at 6 pm with a reservation and left at 8:15 and didn’t even order dessert. Our server was great. The problem was with the kitchen. The food was all delicious except the steak that was ordered medium rare was medium well. We sent it back and it took 20 minutes for the RUSH order. The manager kindly and appropriately gave us some credits for the meal but we waited one hour for our main course, we did order a starter.

The food is always great. They have just changed their menu so I can't comment on everything. My granddaughter ordered a new chicken sandwich they had on the menu and she said it tasted great but unfortunately there was too much sauce and the bun fell apart (turned out to be extremely messy). If you are in a rush this is not the place for you. They are very slow on serving. I mentioned it to the manager and got no comment. So if you have lots of time and want great food this is the place.
