    Our meal in the bar was amazing. Our server, Sam, made the evening memorable.

    The shrimp appetizer was pretty good, the ribeye steak was a 9/10. I got a coke and it was pretty watered down, the Korean crispy chicken was pretty bad I don’t recommend and the cookie ice cream was okay, tasted like half ice cream half whipped cream.

    Great experience our server Stephanie was amazing and got us served and out in time to catch the show at the NAC.

    My daughter and I decided to try out Milestones as we had never been. The food was great - the sirloin was cooked to perfection and we shared the coconut shrimp appetizer and the white chocolate cheesecake. Our server's name was Kael. He was completing his training, but you would never know that he was a newbie. He was attentive, personable and made our dining experience awesome. We noted that the manager was also ensuring that the patrons were well taken care of. We will be coming back.

    It’s always a pleasure to dine at Milestones. The food and service make for a great experience. Kudos to the servers and kitchen staff.

    We ordered our food and drinks right away because we had theatre tickets and were on a very strict timeline. Drinks (ginger ale!) took more than 10 minutes to arrive. My water took a further 5, at which point I asked for a refill on the ginger ale. Someone else (possibly a manager) brought my refill first. Waiter brought one out another 10 minutes after that. 🤦‍♀️ Dinner took more than 35 minutes to arrive. My Portobello Mushroom Chicken was awful. One of the chicken pieces was hard and rubbery and completely inedible. The pasta was overcooked and mushy. Couldn't send anything back of course because time was ticking. Waiter said he'd take the meal off my bill. They ended up taking 1/2 the cost of my meal off the final bill. We are regulars at this location. I order the same thing every single time. My meal is usually perfect but this was awful. I have also noticed that the service has been on the decline lately. Much slower than it used to be.
