    We were a party of 4. While 3 people got their appetizers, our waiter forgot my salad (starter). So instead of waiting I shared my friend’s salad. The food was good however the string beans and carrots were definitely under cooked and lacked seasoning, I do like crunchy vegetables but not that crunchy. Our waiter was never to be found and table not cleaned from cocktail glasses or dishes. Two of us ordered the specialty coffee, B52. The coffee was so watery and served at room temperature, at 9.00 each my coffee should be hot and served in better mugs, being a specialty coffee, not a regular coffee mug

    It would be a 5 in every category for this type of restaurant. It’s difficult to rate as it’s not top end fine dining…but it’s going to be my new spot. Lots of dishes on the menu I want to try and it’s really well run, food is delicious and the menu is really varied. It’s difficult to maintain quality with such a diverse menu but they really do.

    I ordered them Mediterranean chicken and the chicken was rubbery and undercooked. Sent it back and it came back the same exact way. Waitress did not do much about it or check back in second time we still payed full price for the entire meal

    Have always had great experiences at the Newmarket location, so we tried this one. Super disappointing. Hostess told us there was no clean tables despite me having a reservation and told us to wait, then completely disappeared. A different lady came and said there was tons of free tables and took us to one. Waitress we had was rude -service only gets two stars because a blonde lady kept stepping in and helping us because our own waitress was almost completely absent the entirety of the meal. Our waitress was rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. Our chicken was overcooked, our steak was undercooked, and they put almost NO sauce on the portobello mushroom chicken. There was no mushrooms in my dish despite it being a mushroom and chicken dish. They charged me $5 for 2 tablespoons of extra mushroom sauce that still had no mushrooms in it and was bland, absolutely no salt and didn’t taste like mushrooms either. Charged $5 for a steak sauce that wasn’t fully cooked and was bland- the same sauce we get in Newmarket that is delicious there. Refused to give us the fried breakfast potatoes saying they “weren’t prepared” and then in the next breath said that they’re “sitting in a freezer somewhere”. This is an upgrade that the Newmarket location ALWAYS does happily and with no complaint. Additionally, thanks to the undercooked food my boyfriend was sick and puking all night. And it cost $180. I don’t mind paying that at the Newmarket location, but at this location that was quite frankly a ripoff. We will not ever be returning to this location.
