Service was great. Reservation was on time we didn’t have to wait food and drinks always good.

Friendly service nice ambiance. We have dined at Pointe-Claire location a few times. Generally fine. This visit was overall disappointing…. Our server Amy mentioned that Thursday was $6 Bellini & Martini night so we ordered 2 martinis . She shortly returned to apologize that it was only the original Bellini that was $6, so we cancelled that order. I asked for a coke, which was flat so our server was nice enough to search & find me a can of coke. The beet salade with goat cheese $18.50 was good. Then came my ribs $29. The ribs were room temperature as were the undercooked fries. After a few minutes i was able to get my server Amy’s attention & asked to replace my dish with a hot portion. I reminded Amy that I’d like my fries well done & asked that both be hot. The dish was returned to me which was the same dish/plate & same ribs. Nothing was replaced my fries weren’t even browned certainly NOT well done & the ribs were the same portion i sent back to the kitchen. They simply reheated my ribs & added more bbq sauce. I notched both portions of the ribs to see if this would happen. At this point I just finished half the rack & called it a lost cause. I explained my feedback to Amy & she expressed her disappointment in my experience but didn’t have a manager come see me nor offered any compensation just her regret that I didn’t have a good experience.

Decent prices. Steak was perfectly cooked medium rare, tuna tartare lacked taste- it could have used more sesame dressing. Fish tacos are delicious! Onion soups are ok, a bit on the salty side. Service was very good. Overall, would go back.

It is our fourth time and we have had excellent food and service UNTIL our last visit. Our waitress was not very good nor present as she was with the table next to us. At one point, my wife clocked our waitress exactly 20 minutes talking to 4 patrons at the next table. 20 minutes!!! Not impressed GUARENTEE if this was my first time it would have been my last time. As for service of the food, it’s a team effort which is great because if it was up to our waitress she would still be talking with the other table. The ONLY thing she did was bring our drinks and say “Everything okay?” and walk away. The food was okay as it must have sat at the chefs counter because it was not hot but more temped. The only thing that was good were the Wam Bam Shrimps. Sorry folks Not a great evening for the two of us

Sirloin steak was good, the duck special was tough. Dessert was not very fresh.

FRUIT FLY WARNING - Four of us went on New Years Eve to the Milestone at the Fairview Shopping center. After what we witnesses, this was our last time. Out table was in a booth along the wall separating the dining room from the kitchen and close to the kitchen door. From the time we sat down at our table we began swatting little black fruit flies. Okay, a few flies, it happens. This continued all throughout our two hours of dining. We noticed toward the end of the evening several fruit flies on the wall beside our table. The staff acknowledged that the resto had a fruit fly problem and also that the bar had the same problem but it was hard to get rig of. WRONG. you just have to clean thoroughly. And because the bar has lots of syrup and fruit, START THERE ASAP. We will not be going back to Milestone and will thing long and hard before going to any of this company's restaurants. I hesitate a long time to post this, but management didn't seem to understand the urgency of this hygienic problem. I hope they read this post and correct the issue.

The time between Xmas and news years is hard - but we went at 6:45 and noticed the low amount of staff working. As we were with our 3 year old son. We ordered our drinks, apps and main right away. We told the waiter we would take it all at once ! Over an hour later - our son had eaten , had dessert and was ready to leave and we hadn’t received our mains yet. Once we did receive, the quality of food had wasn’t even good. The waiter did his best to service us however ; milestones can do better. You are a huge chain restaurant that has many years under your belt on how to staff and manage your restaurants during holiday times.

We arrived for our 6:00 PM reservation, having booked early to accommodate our two young children. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had hoped for. It took 25 minutes for our drink orders to be taken, and we didn’t receive our drinks until 50 minutes after we had seated. Our food didn’t arrive until 2 hours and 15 minutes later. Throughout the wait, we were repeatedly told that the bar and kitchen were backed up, but no proactive steps were taken to address the delays. When the food finally arrived, there was an issue with one of our party's orders. Despite specifically requesting no onions, their dish was served with onions. By this point, the children were getting restless, and we simply didn’t have the time to wait any longer for a correction. We asked to speak to a manager, and while they offered three free desserts (which we declined), the only compensation provided was the removal of one round of drinks from the bill. Given the extended wait and the issues with the order, we felt that the compensation offered was insufficient. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression on all of us, and we are unlikely to return.
