    I love your restaurant: the food is amazing the service is very good and the decoration is beautiful. However it took so much time to get the food and it was not the first time. Hopefully this issue will be resolved. Thank you

    Reserved table outside and got a confirmation, once there told that there were no tables and that outdoor seating was first come first served. Service was very slow, staff apologized many times.

    Your staff was very nice and courteous; however, ourcserver was severely overworked, his section was too big amd he was unable to give everyone the service he is able to give. I’m sure the restaurant is just understaffed, not necessarily by their own fault, but if you don’t have enough staff, maybe open up less sections. I know the goal of a business is to make money, but if the service isn’t able to match the quality, this will make you look bad in the long run.

    This was my fourth visit at Milestones. I celebrated my kid’s birthday. I went with friends and colleagues for dinner and drinks. My visit yesterday(2024-09-07) was a very disappointing, sad and infuriating. We, two Black women showed up at around 6:20 p.m. and asked for a table. The lady at the front desk looked on her computer screen and told us that they were booked. So we thanked her and left. But on the account that she gave us funny looks the whole time and she let other people in, we walked back to the car and checked the Milestones’ website. There were so many slots open for reservations 😡 So we reserved for 6:45 and surprisingly we got a table. We went back to the restaurant and announced reservations for 6:45 and gave my name. It was the same woman. She kept looking on her computer screen like she couldn’t find us. Another employee came and asked me to confirm my name and I when I did she found my reservation right away and invited us to follow her. Call it what you want, I’m calling it racism. I’ll be advising my “Black friends” not to go to this restaurant because obviously “WE” are not welcome. Milestones at Fairview. Feeling 😡 😞 🤢

    Ambiance, service were amazing! Gloria was a great waitress :) The food was not great. Tartar was ok, lacked a bit more taste. Chicken Caesar salad was drenched in vinaigrette and the Cajun chicken that was supposed to be added was not Cajun at all and it wasn't a full breast. It was 4 chicken strips. My friend's filet Mignon was full of nerves and not edible. However, she brought it up to the waitress and they gave her a rebate and a free dessert which was a nice gesture:)

    Nous avons passé une excellente soirée! J'y suis allé pour la première fois pour l'anniversaire de ma mère. Tout était vraiment parfait, à l'exception qu'il y avait un problème de climatisation, ce qui était un peu désagréable vue la chaleur intense. Mais, c'était un problème hors de leur contrôle, alors je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner et à référer des amis!
