Our server Isabella was amazing!! We were one of four tables in a strip along the windows and everyone was having food problems. She managed to serve all four tables (and probably others) remain cool under pressure and keep everyone reasonably happy. The food, however, is another story. It is very expensive for what you get. The food is not particularly well presented, and in some cases, it looks and tastes like reheated refrigerated leftovers. I can only assume that it must have been a very busy night for the kitchen (Thursday @ 6pm) or perhaps they were learning a new menu?? To be fair we did not have to pay for the food that we sent back and our server was extremely apologetic. We did not receive a visit from a manager, but I think he was pretty busy! I am not sure whether or not I will return to this particular (or any) Milestones location, but if I do it will be because of Isabella.

Everyone’s meal was great. Even though the restaurant was busy, we did not really have to wait too long. Restaurant has many sections so noise level is not too bad.

The service was good at 6pm on Friday night. Place was packed, very glad we made reservations. Seated promptly, staff very warm and welcoming. Mideterrenian Chicken was dry as a bone. An $11 piece of grilled salmon added to a salad was overcooked dry and about about an 1-1.5 inch wide... By 7pm place was half empty.

Server was amazing,we were on a tight schedule as we were attending a show near by, he was accommodating, food was fantastic, we are rebooking for next weekend!

Made this 5:30pm res for 4 well in advance for pre-theatre dinner. When we arrived at 5:20, they seated us in a poor table (on a busy aisle) and then told us we had to be out by 6:30! After some arguing, they allowed us to stay til 7:00. There were pleny of better tables open (as it was early) but we could not have one. The server was apologetic and offered us a free appetizer. We ordered two apps and then dinner. Dinner was served too fast, well before the apps were done. It was obvious they were trying to rush us. The food was very good. When the bills came (spilt bills for 2 couples) we paid and then I noticed after that there was no free appetizer. The server provided us with a $10 coupon for a future visit. A zero cost alternative for this resto as we won't be back. I know that other restos sometime apply time limits, but I've only ever seen 2 hrs and it was noted when I made the reservation. Altogether not impressed and since there are many choices of restos in that area there is no need to try this place again.
