    Had Date Night special which includes shared appy and dessert, choice of entree and coffee or tea for $75. Good value but unfortunately appy arrived at the same time as the meal. Service was slow and had to flag down server several times. Booth was along main entrance path so busy with clients and staff walking through.

    Unfortunately, this was one of my worst experiences for service in a restaurant that I can recall in 20+ years. I dined at your restaurant this week with a high-end client (Oil & Gas) as he chose this location, close to his office. I agreed. I left no tip, this has not happened in recent memory, as mentioned above. Very disappointing, I had to ask for initial service (drinks) then had to ask for service and wave workers down for our order, then what really ticked me off, was that I had to literally get out of my seat to the front desk to track down someone to pay our bill. The restaurant was less than have full at the time. Feel free to check your records. I live in Edmonton and am a Regional Manager for Alberta in completely different business (Engineered bridges and structures). The only positive was that the quality of the food was good. Frank

    We went for brunch on Father's Day and the menu was great. They had several breakfast options plus you could also order off of the main menu. The service was great and our food came out quickly.

    Great brunch service from server Gloria. Food was well-prepared with good presentation. The gluten-free bun that supported the Benny was not consistent with the rest of the food. Perhaps check out gluten-free bread and buns from Lil Northern Bakehouse-- better consistency and flavor. Music was excessively loud even at entry door. Front staff responded to request to turn it down, but guests shouldn't have to moderate music. Go ahead and raise the volume before guests arrive, but ensure it is lowered before restaurant opens. Music should be applied like condiments-- sparingly so as to not overwhelm. I want to chat with my guest, not shout over the music.

    It was okay! The steak sandwich was served with way too much bread and not enough beef. Service was great though.

    Service was okay, but a bit slow and likely related to that - the food delivered initially was cold. Had to send two dishes back to the kitchen. When it was returned the dishes were only slightly better. The server gave us 2 desserts for free, but we’d rather have had better entrees dishes initially.
