    I have been going to Milestones for years - have likely ate there 20+ times in various citys and both Burlington locations. By Far the WORST Dining experience ever! No server after being seated for 10+ minutes…and it was basically empty Brought water disappeared…10 more minutes. Wife tried a white wine didn’t like it server offered her favourite for a “couple of bucks more per glass” was $8 more when bill arrived First bite of Black Cod choked on bones…picked out at least 20 bones to show server who never checked back on the meal so I ate the gnocchi and picked around fish meat. She eventually surfaced i showed her the 20 Bones …”oh those shouldnt be there i will tell them”. Never asked for coffee or dessert which we were looking forward to…finally said to hell with it asked for the bill 3 times…20 minutes to get it. She/they did not address the bones in the cod…nothing….we just wanted to get the hell out of there and left. Clearly a management issue!

    Overall, excellent food and service. We did have an issue, though, with a member of our group with allergies. A menu item listed as "Vegan" turned out to have dairy, which she could not consume. She picked an alternative meal, but had to remove key elements, making it pretty bland. A greater selection of gluten/dairy free food would help - as would making sure things are as advertised.

    Fries were bit salty, service was slow. Waited another 20 minutes for waitress to come over for ordering food after serving the drink.

    Having not been to a Milestones for some time, had looked forward to a celebration dinner for our daughter’s graduation . Unfortunately we experienced a disappointing dinner. Our reservation was for 8pm. We were seated without menus - had to be requested by flagging down a server after 10 min. Appetizer arrived relatively quickly but over 40min for entrees despite the restaurant being relatively quiet (birger, steak sandwich, pasta and bowl dishes). Food arrived luke warm. Soggy Caesar salad , soggy croutons. But at this point, too hungry to comment further Restroom conditions were subpar. Paper towels on the floor of the women’s washroom. Soap dispensers off the walls in the men’s. Obviously not being attended to. Expensive evening with little enjoyment. Only highlight was a pleasant server

    Below average from other Milestones we have been too. Our table was not clean and my wagyu beef meatloaf was also mega dried out. As we ate at 6pm was surprised that the meatloaf was so dried out. I would understand if much later into the evening.
