Mile Marker One restaurant in Gloucester MA is a waterfront restaurant and bar on the water in Cape Ann MA. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our river front dining room and bar offers four season indoor dining. Our outdoor dining includes covered and sun exposed outdoor seating both on our deck and restaurant front side piazza. We offer fresh seafood to grass-fed beef, lobster rolls to burgers, fresh tuna to steamed clams, charbroiled oysters to raw on the half shell.

He has travelled the world studying Viticulture and Viniculture from Europe to South America but has a true passion for the wine regions of California. Tim has walked the incredibly well manicured vineyards at Rombauer, studied the vines & tasted multiple vintages with the Winemaking Team. Reservations made it easy knowing that we’d have have a table. Food as usual was plentiful and delicious.

An exceptional breakfast that was more than reasonably priced. Our waitress Yuri was as pleasant as usual. The portions of EVERYTHING were amazing though the VT maple syrup was too much on the thick side to almost not taste like VT syrup. Just awesome ambiance as well.

Dined last night in one of the NEW igloos at MM1…fantastic! They are clear and cozy, very cool design and they’ve added little tiny lights if you want even more atmosphere. One of them, the one we had, even has two lounging chairs- the perfect igloo for a romantic and relaxing dinner. Our servers were prompt, knowledgeable and fun (not just courteous, but fun too). I eat gluten-free and MM1 offers numerous options. We shared 3 gluten-free apps which everyone gobbled up. There’s a variety of GF entrees and GF layer cake, all delicious. This has become our go-to to bring friends from out of town looking for seafood, and for a quick dinner (try the grass-fed burgers!) for just the two of us. Love it!

Delicious dinner as always! The onion soup was fantastic, very large portion and seafood chowder was also delicious. Love that MM1 always has specials on the weekends and last night we had braised beef, served with garlic, mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Our servers were right there taking great care of us, thank you!

Waitstaff was very attentive. Topped off my coffee as much as I wanted which made me happy. Breakfast was very good.

Always enjoy our dinners at Mile Marker One! Relaxing atmosphere overlooking the beautiful marina with great music in the background. Blaine, our waitress, was wonderful and very helpful when helping me find the perfect glass of white wine! The crispy horseradish haddock is our favorite but all the food is excellent. The special pear, arugula, goat cheese salad with balsamic drizzle was absolutely delicious ❤️
