London's plant-based pioneers, the first Mildreds opened in Greek Street, Soho, in 1988, and has since moved over to Lexington Street.

Mildreds is all about fresh, colourful vegan food that’s vibrant and full of flavours. It's six London restaurants, each with their own unique style and personality, offer laid-back and friendly service in a lively atmosphere.

Often surprising and seducing hardened carnivores and with all of their dishes vegan and many gluten free, Mildreds offers a warm welcome to all. Signature dishes include kimchi bokkeumbap, Mushroom ale pot pie, kiri hodi and korean fried chick+n burger.

Located in a townhouse in the heart of Soho, the recently refurbished Mildreds is spread over 3 floors and offers a stylish private dining space for 10 - 26 people

You’ll find our cosy, intimate private dining room on the second floor. The dark panels, artwork and quirky character provide a space which feels like you’re in the heart of Soho. The room transitions from a modern dining space during the day to an intimate candlelit hideaway away in the evening, where you can enjoy our classic cocktails accompanied by our seasonal, 100% plant-based menu. Minimum spend: £600 for lunch. Please note that we require a deposit to secure the booking, fully refundable if cancelled 48+ hours in advance. Any decorations brought to Mildreds will need to be removed and disposed of appropriately by the organiser after the event.

Had a good experience. Food, ambience and service all good. However, we found the food on the salty side. We had similar experience last time in another Mildreds. The food was again over seasoned which killed the original flavour of the ingredients.

Really lovely staff which greeted me with a warm welcome. They gave great service and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend for vegans and non vegans and can’t wait to go again and try more of the menu. The portion sizes were also generous which was great and hard to come by these days.

The Soho restaurant was rammed when we got there but staff were on it and the service was excellent. The food as always was outstanding as well as a few cheeky cherry negroni’s and spiky cactus margaritas. Another stand out meal.

Outstanding food. Absolutely delicious. Would definitely return. Downside was the service - although our waiters were very friendly it was so busy. We were sat down at a table which hadn’t been cleared and it was a good 10 mins before it was cleared. We were also sat at a table by the door and it was freezing anytime anyone went in or out and had people standing next to our table all the time as they were waiting to be seated. Absolutely amazing restaurant but I suggest that you don’t use the three tables in the bar as it was so cold and off putting having a stream of people standing next to our table.

Very good food, very nice staff and very nice decor ! Good price too. Loved it, although it was a bit noisy but that is to bé expected at a restaurant ! Would 10/10 recommend

Food was great and service was good, although several times they did forget our drinks and also extra cutlery. However the worst thing was the seating, there was less than 30cm between our table and the ones to our side which meant we had absolutely no privacy and struggled to hear each other speak. This battery farm seating arrangement was really unpleasant and ultimately has meant I don’t think we would go back.
