We have a passion for authentic Italian cuisine from pizza and pasta to fish and meat dishes. Sit back, relax and enjoy a drink with traditional food. Perfect for any occasion. A bite to eat at lunchtime, drinks before a night out or an evening enjoying food with friends and family. Milano is also the primo choice for theatre visitors to the nearby Hippodrome & Alexandra theatre which are both on our doorstep, we have a theatre menu for all those who are visiting the city to see a show.

Our Italian brunch is unlimited pizza, pasta and bottomless drinks from the list. You may add any of our starters or sides at an additional cost. All menu items are subject to availability. The offer is available to adults only. Guests can have one main dish at a time per person on the table and must finish one dish before ordering another. Your drink will be replaced once it has been finished. Last drink orders will be 15 minutes before the end of your chosen time slot. All bookings require a £15 deposit to secure the booking. Deposits are fully redeemable against the total bill. Full payment in some instances may be required one week prior to the event. Please discuss this with management at the time of the booking.

We booked for 7pm so we got the full menu, but we were unaware that the DJ would start from 8pm. Although the DJ was very good playing good music, he was just too loud and ruined the ability to have a table conversation and even led to confusion with the waiting staff as they could not hear either. I really like the restaurant, food, staff, but it please keep the music to background music

Great food with good selection on the menu, even the pre theatre set menu. Food was very tasty

We eat here quite often and are never disappointed. The food is excellent and the service could not be better. The staff are very friendly and helpful always. It is a pleasure to eat here. We have been to many restaurants in Birmingham and Caffe di Millano cannot be beaten as an overall experience.

Decent night out for a birthday. Bouncer was pretty aggressive for a restaurant, it felt like a nightclub from the get go and took away from the evening. DJ was great

As we host our 'vibe and dine' evenings on a Saturday, we hire security to handle id and other checks, and to ensure a smooth and safe environment for our guests. To be honest we barely sat down and was informed we had to order within 5 minutes ! Felt rushed . Small table for 4 people considering we had two garlic bread on the oversized circle steel racks , get rid of them , thus making table cramped , we had water and beers and these were on edge of table , I was getting anxious of spillage ! So get bigger tables , get rid of the circle steel racks. Dont put pressure to order so quick . It seemed a chore for the waiting staff , as though they didn’t really want to work there . Overall 2 stars

After speaking with the team from the evening, I can see that as standard for our pre theatre seating times, we were exclusively offering the pre theatre menu to our guests but upon request we allowed your table to order from the extensive A La Carte menu. On the occasion that we allow this, we like to request our guests to order promptly, to avoid a delayed service as the restaurant fills up. I apologise if this wasn't explained to you correctly. It is never our intention to rush our guests. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the furniture and tableware choices, we will consider this the next time we do a renovation to our venue. Thanks again.

Absolutely delicious food. Possibly my favourite meal out ever. Loved everything about this place from the food to the service to the decor. The staff were super efficient and polite. 100% going back. The theatre menu was spot on and excellent value for great portion sizes.
