Come and discover the taste of Italy. At Milano, we’re a family restaurant located in Arcadian near the Birmingham Hippodrome. We have a passion for authentic Italian cuisine from pizza and pasta to fish and meat dishes. Sit back, relax and enjoy a drink with traditional food. Perfect for any occasion. A bite to eat at lunchtime, drinks before a night out or an evening enjoying food with friends and family. Milano is also the primo choice for theatre visitors to the nearby Hippodrome & Alexandra theatre which are both on our doorstep, we have a theatre menu for all those who are visiting the city to see a show.

Food and service was amazing…. Lovely treat night. It’s a little pricey but it’s ok if you are prepared for it.

This was our first time at Caffe Di Miliano and certainly will not be our last. We are early as we were going on to the Panto. The restaurant was easily accessible for my wheelchair and we were greeted by friendly and polite staff. Great choice of seating, and a great selection of food for the teenagers in our party. Our order was taken promptly and the food arrived quickly. We had a variety of pizza and the sea bass, all of which were delicious.

At times rushed. First table not acceptable. Menu not changed in 12 months, hard to read print - colour. No white table clothes. Waiters difficulty understanding us, English poor. Not a patch on the quality of previous owners. Not in a hurry to go there again after many years of eating there. Will try other restaurants in the area.

Excellent meal before our family theatre booking at Birmingham Hippodrome. Fantastic food in a welcoming atmosphere with great service. Will definitely be booking here again and recommending to others.

Pre Theatre meal, we always use Café De Milano as the food and service is usually good. Unfortunately, we found that the temperature at the restaurant was quite cold.

A return visit on Friday 17th January to this excellent establishment. Warmly greeted by Alexandra, the service and food was as always excellent. Great wine selection as well! Thoroughly enjoyable pre show dinner before we went onto the Strictly Show. Would fully recommend for any occasion. Well done the Team☺️ Cheers Lorraine & Steve
