Come and discover the taste of Italy. At Milano, we’re a family restaurant located in Arcadian near the Birmingham Hippodrome. We have a passion for authentic Italian cuisine from pizza and pasta to fish and meat dishes. Sit back, relax and enjoy a drink with traditional food. Perfect for any occasion. A bite to eat at lunchtime, drinks before a night out or an evening enjoying food with friends and family. Milano is also the primo choice for theatre visitors to the nearby Hippodrome & Alexandra theatre which are both on our doorstep, we have a theatre menu for all those who are visiting the city to see a show.

    Excellent service and food which was served promptly. The theatre menu was very good. The only issue was the noise level which made it hard to hear sometimes.

    Outstanding service, second to none. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely establishment though a little too noisy, food was bellisimo, though a little pricey and I'm not keen on forced service charge, this should be at the customers discression. Having said this we will be back. Gracie!

    Food and service were exceptional; not a cheap restaurant, but quality such as this is not commonplace.

    Came for my joint birthday with my partner and loved it so much, we came back for our anniversary dinner also. Always have an amazing time, amazing food, amazing drinks, impeccable service and the most beautiful night made better by all the amazing team, thank you guys so much, can’t wait to come back again!

    Calamari wasn’t crispy at all. Steak was more rare than medium. Drinks were nice. Was ok will come back but not in a rush.

    Very tasty Italian food in a relaxing environment. The staff are very friendly and did their utmost to accommodate our needs. We come here often and the food is consistently great!

    We have visited Caffee Di Milano a number of times, usually for the pre-theatre menu. The food and service has always been great and last night was no exception. Staff were friendly, food was delicious, cocktails great too! I’m sure we will be back soon.

    Our first visit to caffe Milano for my dads 72nd birthday, the food and the service were exceptional. This is a really nicely decorated restaurant and all of the staff made us feel very welcome. The food was incredible. We had such a good time, thank you again.

    I am so upset to realise that we were overcharged by about £14. We ordered from the menu we were given which was the ‘theatre menu’. £29.95 each for 2 courses. Then later that evening I looked on the website and saw that on the ‘main menu’ that we were not given, the food items you ordered are actually £46.30. This is unacceptable. How can you charge more for items which are on a set menu??
