The menu is very limited but good quality. There are no specials and every dish has an Indian flavour which may put some people off if they cannot handle spices. Although presentation was good, the quantity does not reflect value for money.

Party of 2. Had the 2 course set lunch menu. Complimentary marsala roll and chicken butter. Very tasty. Both had the calamari. Very good, but the batter becomes quite heavy so we both stripped it from the last third or so of the calamari. Coriander based mayonnaise very tasty. One had the chicken kiev, very good, the other the stone bass. Unsure about the gooseberry sauce but the dish was very tasty, with a little spice. Service was very enthusiastic, and quite formal, which I didn't mind. Regular table visits (we were outside) to check for water top ups, further drinks etc. £20 for the two courses, when elsewhere the mains could cost that we thought was excellent value for money, and a nice option to have locally. We are certainly considering going back to try the a la carte menu.

Fantastic modern Indian food with a twist (the sea bass sashimi was delicious), presented beautifully with great, friendly service. One of the best dinners I’ve had in a long time. For the excellent quality of the food, I felt it was good value. Can’t wait to go back.

Loved it, will definitely come again. The 24 hour honey marinated lamb was out of this world, the roasting jus was the tastiest thing I have had this year! Wonderful.

I think the Beehive is better now than ever before! The Indian influenced food is brilliant and the service was outstanding. I was worried about the changes, but needn't have been. Excellent and highly recommend.

Delightful location, superb food, excellent service and probably the best roast we had, bar my Mum’s! We will definitely be going back, very soon

Great friendly service. All dishes were delicious! We had cucumber gazpacho, lamb kebabs & cream cheese roll starters. Mains: broccoli falafel, chicken, monkfish. Puddings: Eton mess, coconut kulfi & pineapple Delicious Indian influenced dishes. A great meal out - thank you!
