Loved it, will definitely come again. The 24 hour honey marinated lamb was out of this world, the roasting jus was the tastiest thing I have had this year! Wonderful.

I think the Beehive is better now than ever before! The Indian influenced food is brilliant and the service was outstanding. I was worried about the changes, but needn't have been. Excellent and highly recommend.

Delightful location, superb food, excellent service and probably the best roast we had, bar my Mum’s! We will definitely be going back, very soon

Great friendly service. All dishes were delicious! We had cucumber gazpacho, lamb kebabs & cream cheese roll starters. Mains: broccoli falafel, chicken, monkfish. Puddings: Eton mess, coconut kulfi & pineapple Delicious Indian influenced dishes. A great meal out - thank you!

If you are looking for a place to enjoy a delicious and unique modern Indian fusion meal and a relaxing drink, you might want to check out the dinner and gastro pub that I visited last weekend. It was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time. Food & Service: We enjoyed the food very much, from the appetizers to the desserts. We were a big family of 9 and ordered different options for starters, mains and desserts. All the dishes we ordered (starter or main) were very refreshing and distinct in their flavours. For starters, I must mention “Khandvi”, “Railway Cutlets”, “Scotch Eggs” and “Lamb Kebab”. We didn't get to order Scallop, but we will try it next time. For main course, we had a great experience and there were good options for vegetarians as well. Again, I must highlight “Courgette Flower Paneer”, “Corn Fed Chicken” and “Broccoli Falafel”. Then comes to the section I like the most, “Desserts” – we ordered everything from the menu to share and they were gone so fast 😊! LAST BUT NOT LEAST Drinks – we tried some cocktails and all of them were great – I have to say you should not leave without trying the unique Jamun Jin – if you do, make sure you come back to try it 😊! The service was also excellent, from the moment we walked into the moment we left. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, and they made us feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere was cozy, lively, and inviting. The pub had a great new and refreshing look yet very connecting. It was a great place to socialize, unwind, and have fun. Conclusion In conclusion, I had a great time at the dinner and gastro pub, and I would definitely go back again. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was cozy and lively. It was a perfect spot for a date night, a family outing, or a casual hangout with friends. If you are looking for a place to treat yourself and enjoy a great meal and a great drink, you should give it a try. You won't regret it!

Lovely setting opposite a cricket pitch. Not too noisy and very friendly staff. The meal was fabulous and beautifully presented.

We had an excellent dinner at the Beehive, with a new owner and new chef delivering a really interesting menu. They have subtly added Indian flavours and ingredients to the gastropub theme, although classic pub food is still also available. We were delighted to see Sula Sauvignon Blanc, an old favourite from holidays in India but rarely seen in the UK, on the wine list. The front of house staff, particularly Abilio the maitre d’, are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Our 4th trip to The beehive and our first after the name change to Milaanj. Everything tastes amazing, we were quite intrigued by the menu spread and had something for everyone from Vegan to meat lovers. Fair priced, good portions and great taste. We were a group of 4 with 2 toddlers and even our toddlers had a lovely time. Loved what the new owners have done to this place and the ambiance was quite pleasing to the eye. Visiting Milaanj again very soon!
