We believe that Mexican cuisine represents a perfect example of successful multicultural integration. When the Spanish first arrived in Mexico, with food there was no conquering it was all about cooperation, union and mutual enrichment. Milaa continues the tradition of ingratiation through cuisine by bringing fresh and authentic Mexican food to Berlin. At Milaa, we have great respect for Mexican recipes and their preparation methods, and only cook with fresh produce that is personally chosen by the chef and his team. We truly believe that a quality tortilla is essential for a quality taco and produce our homemade, gluten-free and preservative-free corn tortillas and totopos onsite throughout the day. Our cochinita is a slow-roasted pork dish, marinated with achiote and other traditional spices and roasted for twenty-four hours, and our braised suadero beef is marinated and slow cooked for four hours.
