MILA OMAKASE IS A 10-SEAT ENCLOSED ROOM OFFERING THE MOST EXCLUSIVE AND AUTHENTIC JOURNEY IN THE FAR EAST, MAGNIFIED BY THE MEDITERRANEAN INFLUENCES OF 26 TIME MICHELIN AWARDED CHEF MICHAËL MICHAELIDIS.

The intimate, ultra luxurious and transporting space features a massive overhanging cherry blossom tree, a Japanese craftsmanship-inspired wallpaper screen, a dramatic marble countertop, a 500-years old hinoki wood cutting board, and wall-mounted niches serving as members’ chopstick display.

The ever-changing dishes evolve according to the 72 Japanese micro-seasons, involving the most refined ingredients such as line-caught fish flown in daily, innovative vegetables and condiments, sea urchin from Hokkaido, bluefin tuna from Ehime prefecture, and Sanuki Olive Wagyu from Kagawa prefecture in Japan.

Our Omakase offering is a multi-sensory experience featuring a 15-course menu magnified by the Mediterranean influence of 26-Michelin Star Chef Michael Michaelidis. Table reservations are scheduled for 7 pm or 9:30 pm. | Please note that we do require 100% deposit. All sales are final and non-refundable.| Due to certain limitations, we cannot accommodate certain requests.| We reserve the right to decline any requests that will impose a drastic change on the way we prepare our food.| Please do not wear perfume or cologne in consideration to others and the food being curated.| DRESS CODE: Formal| Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. I did the omakase at MILA and was so happy with it. The food was perfect and the best balance of classic omakase with new twists and the chef’s own French Mediterranean influences. I would definitely go again and highly recommend it.

MILA Omakase is one of the finest dining experiences in Miami. The professionalism of all staff members ensures a pleasant experience focused on taste as well as experience. Our experience was a 10 out of 10.

I have rarely seen a restaurant that is as well managed as Mila. We went to the omakase this past Wednesday for probably the sixth or seventh time. The attention to detail is impeccable. The staff is attentive and focused on making your evening a truly very special experience. The omakase is the best in Miami for the value and believe me, I have been to all of them. Bravo Mila!! Excellent job in every category. We will see you again soon!

The most incredible night and superb experience! Worth every penny! Food and service were both beyond any expectations. I rarely leave reviews but highly recommend!

Executive chef Reji is awesome at omakase, so is chef de cuisine! Attendant Andrez had an issue with my name, and attendant Rachel had an issue with following the same guidelines that are required for customers, zero perfumes. Nonetheless, absolutely incredible omakase! Poulina, was incredible, gifted in service and sake, and, Natasha, was an excellent presenter of omakase. Gracious and professional all around! A must have in Miami Beach! Critics must try, Michelin potential!

I don’t even know where to start. We’ve taken a few days to fully absorb the experience. I booked this omakase experience for my boyfriend’s bday. They called me the day of because I was the only one in my 9:30 reservation and they wanted to see if I could move to 7 pm. Unfortunately I was coming from broward and already had other commitments earlier. I asked if they wanted me to reschedule and they said it was no problem. I showed up a bit early and had a drink at the bar. It was absolutely stunning and the drinks were delicious. The bar itself has a very different theme from the elegant and somber omakase room. We met the sommelier, she was very helpful, and got a bottle of sake. At around 9:15 Andres got us from the bar and led us to our dinner. We had been to Mila before and I’ve had omakase before but being in a room with literally just my boyfriend, the chef and myself was absolutely amazing. Obviously we didn’t plan on a private dining experience but we’re extremely thankful to everyone that accommodated us. The food was mind blowing—every dish better than the one before. Even the amuse boushe was incredible. Every nigiri piece was an experience. Chef JM even asked us if there was a course we’d like to repeat and he gave us a little extra bite. The steak at the end was exquisite and even the dashi is one to write home about. It’s one of these must do experiences in Miami. Needless to say, my partner had the best birthday we could’ve asked for. We will be back for sureeeee

Really wonderful experience. Beautiful atmosphere started off with a cocktail at the bar expertly made by the mixologist who was so knowledgeable and full of interesting info. Then taken into the dining area which was equally as lovely. Service was so great and food was 10/10. Chef is an expert at his craft and the staff also clearly talented. Dishes were works of art !! Whenever in Miami we will always return for this experience. Thank you!!
