We specialize in Aburi, or flamed-seared sushi, which was developed nearly a century ago in Japan. The act of applying fire directly and lightly sear is known to enhance the natural flavors of the fish. Miku owner, Seigo Nakamura, innovated the Aburi concept by creating speciality sauces, using non-traditional Japanese ingredients, to complement the unique taste properties of each fish.

Miku Restaurant is within walking distance from the Pan Pacific Hotel, Canada Place, Trade & Exhibition Centre, IMAX Theatre, Cruise Ship Terminals and Sea Bus. If shopping downtown, join us for lunch and re-energize.

It's entrance is at the corner of Howe Street and Canada Place Way, overlooking the east cruiseship terminal at Canada Place.

**We only will hold reservations up to an additional 15 minutes after your reservation time, at which time your table will be released.

    Nicht um 21:00 Uhr reservieren. Die sehr gute Küche serviert nur bis 21:45 und um 22:45 mussten wir dann wieder gehen.

    This was a very nice dinner. Our server offered great suggestions that did not disappoint. The location is also a huge plus. Beautiful atmosphere.

    What an amazing place! We were celebrating our birthdays in Vancouver and it was our first visit there. Miku was recommended by a travel guide we hired. We checked out the menu on line and found out about the unusual style of sushi they had. We are so glad we dined there. The view is spectacular and service was great. Our server Aaron was so knowledgeable and patient explaining the different options for our dinner. We had just an amazing dinner there. Highly recommend.

    Good food but a little hectic environment. Had some trouble finding the restaurant- you need to towards the harbor in the back on the ground floor

    Toda una experiencia a los sentidos, pero el menú de degustación Miku me gustó la presentación , el sabor y la atención de los meseros. Muy feliz de la experiencia.

    The view of the port was great. Our waiter “Gordon” was top notch! This was the best sushi experience I have ever had and I have had sushi in Tokyo! Quality of fish; resentation - the works.
