My wife and I went to celebrate my birthday. Our server was excellent. Of course we started with the chips and salsa and jalapeno dip which is amazing. Unfortunately the chips were extremely stale. Some were down right chewy. My wife had two margaritas. We were there during happy hour so she got her drinks at a discount. That must explain the level of alcohol she didn't receive. My wife had two beef enchiladas which were very good. I had one chicken enchilada that was very good and a pork belly taco. The pork was so very dry with no flavor. They did give us a complimentary slice of cheesecake for my birthday. It was excellent. It had been a long time since we visited Miguel's and it will be another very long time until we visit it again, if we do.

Waiter was “the man!” Food came out in a timely manner and everyone enjoyed what they ordered.

I have been going to Miguel's in 4S Ranch for many years but this was a little disappointing. We went on a Sunday, sat outdoors, and had a reservation for 8. Service was spotty. They did not follow up during the meal. We asked for additional chips and salsa but had a request a few times until they finally delivered when we were half way thru our meals. People weren't impressed with the quality of food which was a little disappointing. I might give it one more try but with so many options, I'll think twice! Outdoor dinning area was quite nice and dog friendly.

The food was delicious but the fajita vegetables were not grilled, they were a bit soft. Otherwise, the meal was excellent, as always. Love the white queso dip!!

Miguel’s Passion Fruit Margarita was amazing! I asked for it with a sugar rim and it was perfect. I also enjoyed the quest and coco pins Margarita as well!

While the food was good, it took over an hour for it to come. It was lunch time but not very busy. We were never really sure who our server was and had to reach out to the hostess to order our meals. Won't be back..

Busy Sunday plus Fatherd Day. Server’s were working hard and appreciated. F Five of us were each happy with food. No room for deserts 😳

The Chili Verde was awful. It tasted like a cooked pork chop was cubed then covered with the verde sauce. The meat was fatty, tough and had no flavor. $15 for a Skinny Marg in a short glass, mostly ice. I guess that’s why they call it a skinny. Our server was great. We have been coming to Miguel’s for many years. The quality of food continues to decline. We won’t be back.
