Le Mignonette est un bar à huîtres situé à Miami. Il est géré par les chefs Daniel Serfer et Ryan Roman. Vous y dégusterez une grande sélection d'huîtres, des fruits de mer et des légumes. Daniel Serfer, originaire de Miami, a ouvert son premier restaurant, le Blue Collar, en janvier 2012. Fréquenté par les habitants et les visiteurs, le Blue Collar sert une cuisine américaine réconfortante dans un cadre décontracté lié à un motel de prostituées. S'appuyant sur le succès du Blue Collar, le Mignonette propose une atmosphère amusante, accessible où vous pourrez déguster une douzaine d'huîtres, une bouteille de champagne, des préparations de fruits de mer classiques comme des huîtres Rockefeller et des palourdes Casino, ainsi qu'un plateau de jolis coquillages. Comme il souhaite encore une fois créer le genre de restaurant qu'il aime, Serfer est heureux d'apporter une expérience unique de bar à huîtres à ceux qui ont rendu le Blue Collar si populaire. Ce nouveau restaurant n'est pas lié à un motel de prostituées, mais comme les huîtres sont aphrodisiaques, vous pourrez retourner au motel après votre repas.

We’ve heard incredible opinions about Mignotte and unfortunately we had a bad experience dining here. They seated us at the adjacent room which I believe was the root to all issues we had during the night. The team serving didn’t check in on us regularly, which meant we had no water available, had to stand up and look for them to ask for basic things like more plates to share food. I’ve ate my entire main course waiting for them to come to ask for salt and one of my friends asked for mayonnaise for her fries and it took them 10 minutes to bring them. The Miami spice menu is worth it, but unfortunately the service plays an important role on the experience and it was less than satisfactory.

I ordered the Lobster Deviled Eggs, spice tomato Mussels, Red Fish and Bread Pudding. All were exceptional. Please my compliments to the chef!

Oversalted and over spicy food, Small portions, Server disappeared for a long period. Did Miamispice had to take the dessert home it took so long and it had spice on both the keylime and bread pudding making it inedible. Very strange. was not a good experience for the money I paid. I was celebrating a milestone birthday. Will not recommend or be back.

Great experience for a night out with Friends. We did the Miami spice menu for our diner. Food was great and the service was excellent. The only quibble’s I would say is the scallops were tiny for a main course, idk if it was undersized for Spice. The only other quibble would be that we asked for more bread for the muscles, which were delicious, but came with a tiny slice of bread and they did not have any to spare, let’s invest in a little more bread next time. Aside from those minor things the restaurant was great and so was the experience, definitely recommend it. If not for those two minor things they definitely would have gotten the 5 stars.

This was overall the best meal we have had in Miami, on par with good NYC restaurants. My husband loved the oysters and the octopus. He said the scallops were not the best, but his carrot cake was incredible and I don’t even like carrot cake. This was a Miami Spice deal so really good value. Their cornbread is delicious and the branzino with artichokes as a side outrageously good. AND the atmosphere was lovely — cool space, quiet enough to enjoy your company, and decent background music. Highly recommend

I cannot explain how amazing this was ! By far one of my favorite choices for Miami spice . I’ve taken advantage of Miami spice so I can explore new restaurants and let’s just say , anyone who loves seafood should give this spot a go ! You will not be disappointed in anything ! Our server I’m sorry if I forgot his name but I believe it was Terry ? He’s amazing , knowledgeable and honest ! Will be coming back to mignonette to try the rest of the menu !

Our meal was fantastic! Delicious and spaced out perfectly to let us enjoy everything at a great pace. Our server was perfectly attentive without being overbearing and allowing us to enjoy our time and conversation together. For any review that talked about smell, it smelled of an oyster house and was exactly as expected and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our evening there.
