Was greeted by smiling faces, professional mannered polite staff! Haley was polite, professional and just wonderful!! Attentive to my wife and I throughout our meal as well as the other staff members too. They all worked extremely well together as a team! The energy from Haley and staff was positive and upbeat! All had permanent smiles throughout! The food was delicious! My wife and I have raved about our experience to friends and family and we will definitely be visiting Midtown Reserve soon and often!

First visit for us. The service is outstanding. Our waitress came by at the perfect times to ask how everything was and if we needed anything. The food is Excellent. My wife and I both had steaks and they were very good. We will be back!

We felt like we should have gotten a few more scallops for the money, and that the crème brûlée should have been a lot bigger (very shallow dish) for $14. All of the food was excellent and flavorful. I also feel like, when I’m asked what I want for my birthday dessert and are given choices, I shouldn’t be charged for it. Also, our server never told us what the specials were. We only knew about them because we heard a different server tell her table, after we had already ordered. Not likely to go back.

We spent our 25th wedding anniversary at Midtown Reserve. Based on other reviews and friends' discussions, we were prepared to pay more to eat here. It was well worth it. It is a cozy place. The service was excellent and the food was the best meal we've had in a long time. I think I could have cut my fillet with a spoon it was so tender. My wife's scallops and rosemary frites were so good. The cocktails were great and the wine they suggested for each meal was right on. We plan to go back for more of our special occasions.

We celebrated our 38th anniversary and really enjoyed our experience. The waitresses provided outstanding service throughout the entire meal. We both had seafood (Scallops and Red Snapper) which were very good.

The server was super kind; however, the food was not good (and we don’t say that often). My husband couldn’t even eat his steak and the asparagus and broccoli were very overcooked. The calamari was also rubbery. Typically we don’t complain or leave bad reviews, but at $70 a steak, we expected more.
