Quite simply one of the best dining experiences you will have in this country. The food is magical, mixing flavours, textures and temperatures in an amazing way. Every course has such intense flavours it takes your breath away. Staff are attentive, friendly, interesting and helpful. Do the wine pairing: just wonderful. It’s not cheap but it’s worth every penny.

We visited on our anniversary and made to feel very special. The meal was outstanding in particular the salmon and the pigeon courses. All in all exactly what we wished for. We even got a photo with all the chefs in the kitchen.

Absolutely delectable. One of the best meals of my life. Gorgeously designed and each bite seemed to be the best I’d ever had. The tasting menu constantly had us guessing how the next course could possibly stand up to the one prior, and yet they somehow managed to. I would highly recommend the non-alcoholic drink pairing, which was an experience that may have even topped the wine pairing. We did one of each. Excellent all around.

Midsummer House delivers on every level and is a truly outstanding dining experience. Staff were warm and welcoming into the beautifully decorated bright and spacious dining room. Excellent recommendations on drink pairings following by some of the most exquisite, creative, tasty and beautifully presented food I have ever been fortunate enough to be served. Top marks!

It was an experience I will remember for some time! I was fortunate enough to enjoy the private dining and tasting experience for my 50th Birthday, and it was worth every penny. As an events professional, I am only too aware of the attention to detail that goes into experiences such as these, and I was blown away! From start to finish, the Midsummer House Team were exceptional. If you want that memorable treat for you or a loved one, I cannot recommend it high enough. The food and pairings were genuinely unique and unforgettable! All our expectations were surpassed, and we will be back with another group of lovely friends and family at some point in the future. Thank you for helping me mark my 50th in style.
