    From the moment of welcome, we were treated with great courtesy and friendliness. All the staff contributed to our experience, but Ollie stood out for his attention to detail and humour. The window into the kitchen afforded a view of the hard work incumbent on providing our wonderful dining experience. A shame Daniel himself did not come "front of house" to receive the plaudits his food very much deserves, We would have liked to have met him in person. The menu was wonderful and occasionally challenging, and the wine pairing enhanced the experience. We had a wonderful evening and I would heartily recommend it!

    From the initial welcome at the door the friendly service throughout the tasting experience was excellent and put us at ease. Our table was in a corner of the conservatory which was very peaceful and we were unaware of a party taking place above us until we needed to visit the toilets later situated up two flights of stairs in the main house. The unusual combination of ingredients in some of the beautifully presented dishes worked surprisingly well and although I don't normally like caviar I was glad I was not put off by it's inclusion. Portions in the elements of a tasting menu are obviously small but the ingenuity, artistry and taste of them all amounted to an overall experience not to be missed.

    The tasting menu is extensive with a dozen or so courses including at least four desserts. The tastes are good, not mind-blowing. Service is okay. Some of the wait staff seem not very experienced.

    The food was good but the wine pairing and volume of the drinks were really poor. The wine quality was average but 5 drinks for 9 main courses and 2 sweet wines for 3 desserts over 4 hours was simply poor and ruined our experience.

    Amazing chef with his team presented us with the most amazing food combinations with excellent non alcoholic drinks that complimented the food and enhanced the flavour. We had taster menu to get the full experience

    In upscale restaurants, when a guest leaves the table, their napkin should be replaced or at least refolded with cloth gloves. Aside from this admittedly improvable detail, the experience was certainly pleasant.

    Second visit to this restaurant and it was as good as the first time. The food was delicious and the service was really professional, friendly and relaxed at the same time. The sommelier was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and served us some great wines. We would definitely go back again

    Incredible food, worthy of the price tag attached. A fantastic setting coupled with very knowledgeable waitstaff who are not overly attentive. Would highly recommend to anyone.
