Had a great meal at Middeys.The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and professional .Cozy atmosphere—definitely worth a visit!

Having visited the Cockfosters Middeys many times we expected tilhe menu to be comparable in choice and cost. Because of this I didn't look at the menu online before going,, so partly my fault! 2 of us, 1 starter and one main meal each. We had 1 large bottle of sparkling water (which was an unbelievable price of £7.50!!) and our bill.was £99.11 which included over £11 of service charge. I think a service charge for 2 people is a bit excessive and that coupled with the cost of the water alone is sadly enough for us not to visit again as although the food was tasty, it wasn't good value for money. Its a shame as the restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and furnished.

Hard to find a decent place around Potters Bar But finally there it is. Very nice food and amazing coctails. Well looked after us from a young waiter named Shohrat. Well done

Party of 4 We waited ages to order a drink. I had to ask. It took ages to arrive. 1 was wrong, 1 was missing. Missing drink still had t arrived, I asked again. Food was nice, quite quick. Ordered deserts. 2 wanted Nutella Cheesecake, wasn’t available. They chose something else. After 5 mins waiter came back as 1 was not available unless we waited 15-20 mins. She chose something else. 2 ordered ice cream. Was very nice however at £6.50 for 2 scoops it should be. There was a live singer, she was very good however far too loud. We asked to move tables, as far as we could get, still too loud for us trying to talk and catch up. We would not return because the service is too slow. Things forgotten and very pricey.
