MIDA is a South End neighborhood restaurant, inspired by the simplicity of classic Italian dishes . Our menu focuses on many regions of traditional Italian food and culture, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Dinner is served Monday - Thursday, and Sundays from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM and Friday and Saturday from 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

Patio reservations are available on a same day first come basis only. Please call the restaurant to secure patio seating. Patio availability is dependent on weather. Walk-ins are always welcome.

Restaurant is intimate but loud. Service was great. We did the Monday Mangia which is a good deal- so much food for the price. The food itself was pretty good but will likely go somewhere else next time in Boston.

We've been to Mida a few times and it's always been great start to finish. Great staff, food and wine. So glad to see it continue to be in the hood.

As always great service great food great vibes! Our go to spot in the neighborhood. I’m glad Douglas & Seth decided to rebrand DW French to Mida. After all you both have built a great brand. Looking forward to visiting Mida Fenway.

I read the reviews about the slow service and will say that it is accurate. We arrived at 8:30 and didn’t get our drink order taken until 8:45. We went ahead and ordered our drinks, appetizer, and entree at that time as we didn’t want to wait again to have that order taken. My drink didn’t arrive until 9 p.m. After that, it didn’t take as long for the food to be brought out. I will say the food was delicious.

The food was fantastic! We started with the garlic bread, which was absolutely delicious. For dinner, we had the eggplant and the bolognese. The eggplant was very fresh and not overly fried, which was a pleasant surprise. The bolognese was a bit too peppery for my taste, but still very enjoyable. The drinks were also delicious. I highly recommend this place!

Second time visiting, unfortunately didn’t quite stood up against to its first impression. Delays on table accommodation even though a reservation was made with anticipation, staff had an “I don't know I don't care” attitude that made uncomfortable to request for their services. Nevertheless, food is great and drinks are good.

Love coming to Mida. Never had a bad dish. Wait staff, bartenders and front of house always kind and hospitable. Thank you look forward to next time!

I am torn about how to describe my experience. The food was, to be fair, excellent. Wines were solid and reasonably priced for the area. BUT I swear, do not come here if you have any post-dinner plans. I read the reviews and did not believe it would happen to me but it did. The food didn’t arrive until a full hour after we had put in our order. I know Friday nights are hard, and they had a large party inside ~10 people, but a restaurant in the South End should know how to handle this by now. We left hungry and irritated. I think they comped a couple items which we appreciate but I wouldn’t recommend the experience we had to anyone. I bet if you had hours to kill and the waiter was better at refilling wine it would be a very enjoyable long dinner (though the mosquito situation outside was miserable, would not recommend).
