MIDA by Chef Douglass William's is now open in the bustling Fenway neighborhood. This outpost of our James Beard Nominated restaurant group is situated just a few blocks from Fenway Park within close walking distance to several destinations including the Museum of Fine Arts, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and the Beth Israel Medical Campus. Come enjoy staple dishes from our scratch kitchen such as Gnocchi Cacio e Pepe, New Haven-Style thin crust pizza, crispy Arancini, and much more. The restaurant features a contemporary but comfortable aesthetic that lends itself to any occasion from the perfect date night, a quick lunch, or large private events. Vaulted ceilings, sprawling windows, a gorgeous lighting profile, and a covered patio make this location the perfect Fenway escape. The staff was so accomodating and kind. I loved that a special desert came out for our friend's birthday based on my note on opentable. The ambiance was perfect and the food incredibly delicious.

So excited for Fenway! Our server, Victoria, was not just attentive but thoughtful. For the second time I was hesitant about ordering a "lowly" pizza vs. an upper level pasta but did it. The Carne Supremo is amazing, as is the sausage pizza! Only Douglas Williams could take pizza to another level. One thing, the Carne Supremo is on the online brunch menu but not the in person brunch menu. It's actually available, and that is an error. Usually the other way around, the online one is the correct one. A staff member was aware, and all worked out well. I continue to be a huge fan!

Restaurant was lovey, service was very good. Food was just Ok. Restaurant was only open 3 weeks, so hopefully food quality will improve.

Brunch was fantastic. We had the meatballs for a starter and the mushroom frittata and chicken sandwich for mains. Everything was well seasoned, fresh, and delicious. Services was attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience! Stopped here before a concert at MGM. I’ve been to the other MIDA locations and have seen the menu change over the years and love some of the latest additions. Even the drink menu has a few new cocktails that are truly amazing. Service per usual was top notch and very open about when dishes would arrive, if there were delays, etc. Can’t wait to come back!

We were so pleased with our brunch. From service to ambience to food and drinks, everything was delightful. Definitely recommend the white wine sangria. Our dishes were spectacular, with the Sicilian mussels being one of the best mussel dishes I’ve ever had. We may have to do brunch there a regular thing!

Perhaps it was an off night, but we were completely underwhelmed. The appetizers were fine but it took forever to get main courses, and none of us was wowed. The lemon flavor in my carbonara seemed out of place and overwhelmed the dish. My daughter loves bolognese, but she barely touched it. The best dish was pizza, which was tasty. Our server was very nice but didn’t have time to check on our food or offer to refill drinks. He did bring us a lovely dessert for our daughter’s birthday, which we appreciated. All in all, though, a disappointing birthday dinner. It’s a new location, so hopefully they will Improve both food and pacing over time.
