Outstanding dinner. Got the flight of steaks for the family to share and 2 sides and it was more than enough. Cooked perfectly to our liking. Service was great. Can’t wait to return someday.

We expected more of a new year’s eve dinner at MJ’s Chicago steakhouse. We’ve been to the one in NY and Chicago a few times but this was our worst experience. One and a half hours waiting time and the food wasn’t even hot when served. However the chocolate cake was delicious, as usual

The food was delicious. The filet rare and juicy. Ceasars salad very good. The creamed spinach tasty. Was New Year eve and they were short staffed so the service was a little subpar. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful steakhouse in downtown Chicago. We were seated early ahead of our 8:00 reservation by welcoming front staff which was fantastic as we had two young children on New Year’s Eve. However, they were seemingly understaffed as our Server was suddenly inundated with two much larger tables. Overall, the wait was not a deal breaker but maybe best for an off night with kids or plan to wait longer than normal due to staffing during peak hours/dates. Food however was fantastic and children’s plates came out first as requested. We will definitely return!

We had a phenomenal dining experience at Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse. The service was amazing, the food was excellent. The staff did great job of making my wife’s birthday dinner special.

Great location, service & ambience. The food was pretty bad, especially for the prices they charge. I ordered the scallop dish as my main for $49, 4 small rubbery scallops that smelled super fishy. 2 kids meals were fine but both adult meals we overpriced and almost inedible.

It looks like it was only one waiter, she was very slow is getting to our table. She took her time bringing us anything for our table. I think the waiter was overwhelmed. Also, it was very loud in the restaurant. I always go there once a year or more and from this experience I will not be going back there.

The primary issue was that the burger was ordered medium well and came out rare-med rare. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection, but lacked a distinct wow factor and flavor one would expect out of a high-end steakhouse. The staff was very attentive and timely. Overall, this seems a bit like a tourist trap and not worthy of the high-end label it gives itself.
