Best pizza I’ve ordered from a restaurant! I recommend the Funghi & Tartufo pizza, especially if you love white pizzas. It is savory, salty, creamy, and very well-balanced. The pan pizzas are 6-inches, and the dough is soft and pillowy on the inside, and the crust has a nice crispiness. Cellotini was okay, but not my thing. It comes with a small rounded scoop of lemon sorbet, which was interesting, and provided a creamy, foamy mouthfeel as the sorbet melted into the drink. I wish that the sorbet were bigger, as my scoop was on the smaller size. The drink was otherwise slightly bitter. The Chicken Parmigiana was amazing! The rigatoni pomodoro was cooked al dented and chewy- indicative of a fresh pasta. The chicken cutlet was well-seasoned, and it had a good amount of cheese on it.

We got the Family Style Meal which is an absolutely incredible value. Mia's has a wonderful atmosphere, but can be a bit loud and dark. The food was delicious - the branzino, grilled to perfection with a polenta so creamy and delicious, the braciole - wonderful, the heaps of burrata - incredible. Where Mia's fell short is where I'm learning a lot of places in Orlando do: service. Our server was very nice, but never asked our drink order and looked confused when I gave it to him (it was one beer and a pitcher of sangria), which took more than 20 minutes to get. The sangria looks pre-made, so I'm not sure what took so long. I got up from my table to go to another to get serving spoons for our dishes twice, when our waiter saw me, he didn't react. He told us dessert was included, but then asked us if we wanted anything at the end of the meal. When I asked if dessert was still included, he said, oh yeah, and then I had to ask him what it was. I felt I had to ask questions to get to my final order. The food runners, I will say, were phenomenal - super fast and helpful (my husband spilled his sangria and one gentleman came over quickly to help clean the area). I've learned that Orlando service levels are not what I'm used to, so ratings are based on food, and this is where Mia's excels.

Food, service and ambiance were all on point for our party ranging from 26-79. At brunch there are smaller, sometimes half servings of items ( meatball and waffles, but full servings of some things, so ask). But what a treat to have a great variety of delicious food available for a fixed price , and the sangria was spot on! Allow time for food to be prepared to order … yum! The only slightly off item for me was the fact that the thinnest pasta in the house (spaghetti) was more like bucatini in size, and indeed was prepared Al dente (as one should expect from an Italian kitchen). For me that was too chewy and thus not to my taste. That’s my preference but it is worth mentioning because I just don’t enjoy a pasta that underdone. Everything else we tried was most enjoyable.

We eat here annually when we visit Orlando at the end of the year. Food is delicious as expected plus service is excellent.
