Mezemiso Rooftop restaurant and Shisha terrace brings guests a world class menu of Lebanese and Japanese cuisine from the 15th floor of the Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment.
We are bringing together two strong cultural identities with their very own lifestyle, beliefs and customs. Although Japan and Lebanon look totally different, they are connected by the special attention they give to their land so they both bear crops rich in flavour and herbs full of aromas.

Thoroughly unpleasant experience. Booked for special birthday for 2, outside. On arrival informed the ONLY outside tables were on the smoking terrace (not clear on website). And that if we wanted to eat outside as booked, then there would be a minimum £40 surcharge (ie we "had" to buy a cigar from them in order to be permitted to sit at table we'd booked). Manager refused any flexibility. Offered us an inside table, no river view, right next to DJ in very loud bar area - too loud for conversation. Entirely unhelpful, especially as we'd explained in booking notes: (i) hearing disability, (ii) we wanted outside for bithday treat. Food average. Won't be returning; will not be recommending.

I celebrated my 21st birthday at Mezemiso, Rooftop Restaurant & Shisha Terrace yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. My girl's and I had a great time. The staff was very polite, they greeted my friends and I as we walked out of the lift and they kindly put the flowers I was holding into an ice bucket beside our table. I received a free desert, a beautiful card and they they sang 'Happy Birthday' which was honestly the cherry on top. The food was seasoned perfectly, the cocktails were made just right and the Shisha was smooth! 10/10 experience. Would definitely go again.

A good place to have your drink spiked. Be aware. The service was poor. The food was good and the place was clean but you will not mind when you are thawing up.

Food was late . We waited one and half hours and servise was poor starting from the lady in the reception to the guy responsible of our table . Although place was not that crowded

The service and views were great but the food was 0/10. We ordered the chicken noodles which was really pot noodles and fried chicken nuggets and lamb chops which were 3 flavourless chops costing £40. The hummus as a starter was good though. The only good thing about going here is to see the views. I wouldn’t recommend the food at all! I also specifically booked here for the live music but there was none. Very pricey and rubbish food and overpriced drinks.

On Friday, 05/07/24, my dear friend and I had dinner at Mesomizo restaurant. When we arrived, the manager told us there was a minimum spend of 75 pounds per person. I kindly replied that it was not written anywhere when I booked, and no one told me that in advance, so of course, I do not agree. The second problem is with the service charge. As per the menu, the service charge is discretionary, but the manager insisted that we pay it because the service charge belongs to the premises. I refused more than once to pay because I was thinking of tipping the guys, but the manager insisted that we pay for it. He also emphasised that he offered me a birthday dessert. I have not asked for it, so whenever something is received for free, it should not be used to blackmail a customer emotionally. He offered alone to do that. I explained that he couldn't force us and that my friend and I were pretty annoyed. A rude behaviour. Despite this, they did not remove the charge, we paid, and we left really annoyed. So, I asked for another manager, and I was introduced to Mohamad. Still, he did not offer anything to solve the problem. This situatikon is a joke, frustratiung and so annyoing. And on Friday it was my birthday. Not a pleasant one.

Appetizers good. Lamb shawarma was 100% fat. Very noisy music for a place with 10 tables.
