Lovely outdoor seating. Food was really good. Not amazing. Drinks were good. I would for sure go back.

Went for Father's Day brunch, our first time at MeXo and we were impressed with the food taste and quality. Presentation was beautiful as well and service was friendly. Enjoyed the variety of unique meal offerings for brunch and plan to go back and sample the dinner options.

Unfortunately our experience was really bad. Multiple tables including ourselves ended up walking out after waiting an 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food. We didn’t actually get our meal. When I asked the waitress for an update she assumed I wanted to cancel my meal and brought the check for just our drinks which pretty much forced us to leave at that point. The place could use some sound dampening because everything was echoing. Overall I think this restaurant but off more than it could chew.

Had a reservation. Waited almost 90 min for food and had to leave without getting it because we had a concert to get to. They tried to charge us for the appetizers but at least a manager stepped in last minute after we asked and comped us the overpriced guacamole and corn dip. Really terrible experience overall and I am not one to blast restaurants because I know it’s often a thankless job.

They started by telling us we needed to be out in 1.5 hours due to other reservations. Fair enough except our food barely made it out within 1.5 hours. People all around us had tickets to a show and were leaving without ever receiving their food. Most were pretty upset. When we left the place was pretty cleared out which tells me there weren’t many later reservations so our warning to be out of there was unnecessary. Food was okay.

We were seated at 5:15pm and at 6:40pm we had still not been served our entrees. Our server knew that we had a 7pm show but unfortunately we had to cancel our dinner and subsist on guacamole and chips and a romaine salad which did arrive in time. This was very disappointing. Typically we enjoy our dinners at MeXo but last night was a disaster.

We were there over 2 hours and never got our entrees. We had tickets for an event so we couldn’t wait any longer. It was obvious the wait staff was avoiding the dining room. No food was coming out. We did eventually get our appetizer. It was good.
