I wish our waiter was a bit more attentive to our needs as we were celebrating my husbands 50th. Despite mentioning that on the reservations; when ordered dessert it was over looked when it was brought out.

The restaurant is beautiful and has a cool vibe. Definitely a place you’d want to go to hang out. The food was really good but for the price, it didn’t blow me away. I also felt that the portions were on the smaller size. The classic margarita was great and it was a nice size drink. I would definitely recommend going Meximodo but it isn’t a place you’d can afford to go to often.

DATE: Sun 1/26/25, RESERVATION: 5:15pm, PAX: 2, OCCASION: 60th BD. 5-STARS: seated immediately, the wine, food prep/temp/quality, welcome appetizer, sparklers and singing Happy Birthday in Spanish, the take away containers with paper shopping bag 2-STARS: 1) the 10 min WAIT from the time we were seated until our server arrived with the welcome appetizer, 2) more WAITING for follow up by our server (we had to ask for more water), 3) the inability to receive a satisfactory explanation as to why we were charged the 3.2% Admin fee even though we paid with Meximodo Gift Card (she said they treat gift cards the same as credit cards!) 4) the LOUDNESS is a bit much - some noise dampening wall decor can help reduce the volume. As it is now, a busy airport terminal is more quiet than this restaurant!

Sunday brunch was great. Lively and energetic atmosphere with a DJ. Food and drinks were excellent.
