    Our experience overall was good. Small issue with seating , our table was too small for our party which we made reservations weeks in advance. We made do, but it could’ve been a much better exp if we were sat at the right size table.

    Food wasn't good, but the drinks are so good. Cute place to grab some drinks with friends and just hang out.

    The food was disappointing, with much better Mexican options available elsewhere. Some dishes combined odd and unbalanced flavors. The atmosphere was also very loud, making it difficult to enjoy the meal and the company. While the service was okay, it could have been more attentive, though the staff seemed stretched thin with too many tables. On a positive note, the Guava Tequila Margarita was fantastic and highly recommended. If you decide to visit, get that margarita—everything else is subpar.

    Made reservations for my wife's birthday. Specificly asked to have a birthday song for her with fireworks. The whole night went and it never happened. Above all else our waiter was rude. Onto which when it came to the bill, the waiter was angry and demanded a tip, even when I did put in a tip when I shouldn't have, and went behind my back to reopen the bill and give him more than 15% saying that it's mandatory and that, the tip goes to his manager and expenses that if doesn't get a bigger one it comes out of his pocket... I spoke to managers and they did nothing about this, and clarified that I don't have to tip.... my wife didn't even get a happy birthday experience, they didn't deserve a tip. Especially after how we were treated..

    Great addition to the Edison/Metuchen area restaurant scene. I m glad that folks need not drive to Rte1 for a good mexican place If you get a table outside then it’s excellent!

    This was our first visit. We were thrilled to sit outdoors on these waning days of summer. Excellent sevice by Juan. The tortillas with 4 dips were quite a treat. Cocktails were excellent…a dry martini and the Mexican old fashioned. We ordered the charred Caesar salad. It was delicious but so gigantic that it made a huge mess all over the table. Entrees were cheese enchiladas and soft shell crab tacos. Both delicious. We had to have dessert..the churros were superb!! The margaritas were very expensive for a glass that was mostly filled with ice. The coffee was less than it should be. The menu is so interesting with different than ordinary Mexican restaurant offerings.

    I’ve been here several times and usually recommend this place. Albeit, I have been here about 4-5 times for brunch, last night was my first time having diner. Unfortunately, the service was not the same. My server did not seem engaged, they somehow seemed focused on cleaning glassware on nearby tables. The food/appetizers took a usually long time to come out.
