Paellas

Originating in its modern form in the mid-19th century near Lake Albufera, a lagoon in Valencia, on the east coast of Spain, Paella quickly became an iconic dish of Valencia and Spain in turn. According to tradition in Valencia, paella is cooked by men over an open fire, fueled by orange and pine branches along with pine cones. This produces an aromatic smoke which infuses the paella. We love spending date night there! Ambience is perfect. Love to whole Tapas thing. They are fun to pick out together! Food tastes great. And the service, we always have fun with the staff!

I used to love this place! This is one of my family’s go to restaurants to celebrate a special occasion. We’ve always received excellent service during the past 10 years. Unfortunately, the service on March 1st to celebrate a special birthday didn't meet our expectations. While the food was good, I was disappointed with the server who abrupt, rude, & deliberately” failed to acknowledge the occasion in any way. No small treat or even just a happy birthday wish, this was overlooked entirely. This lack of attention to detail took away from what should have been a special celebration. The manager graciously addressed the issue by offering a dining certificate, but I’m not sure if it’s enough to make up for the experience.

Our first time here and the food & drinks were delicious. Our server, Oscar was knowledgeable, attentive, and super friendly. I would come back and ask to sit in his section again. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend

We had a group of 9, the setting was great as was the food. Prepare yourself for a long relaxed dinner because most items are prepared fresh and take a while to cook but it’s worth it!
