Established in 1987, Meson Don Felipe was the first Tapas Bar in London and we are still an independent, family-run business. You can expect great tapas and some amazing, well-priced Spanish wines, served in an authentic, relaxed atmosphere.
We have an outside terrace with heaters and umbrellas but of course, we can't promise the weather! If you book outside we can't guarantee a table inside if the weather changes.
For those unable to eat-in, we offer our famous Paellas for takeaway at lunchtime Monday-Friday.
Thank you for all your support and we look forward to welcoming you soon to this little bit of Spain in Waterloo.

Good food , have been coming here on and off for over 20 years, nice service , owner sitting at the bar staring at us was a bit off putting ! But still enjoyed it !

Very attractive setting and fast food. Some dishes were disappointing but good for a quick snack before theatre. House wine was good price and taste!

A really great experience. The play we were watching ran late and they were very helpful and allowed us to come in just before the closed. The squid in ink was delicious as was the tortilla. Everything else was really good but those 2 dishes stood out

Enjoyed great tapas in Meson Don Felipe, we hadn't been for some years and were delighted that the restaurant is just as good as ever. Every dish fresh, full of flavour and authentic, add a good wine list as reasonable prices and it all makes for a great experience. Muchas gracias

This was a special dinner for a Japanese architect and other people I have worked with. Everyone loved the atmosphere, food and wine. Thank you so much. I will definitely bring more friends to your wonderful restaurant.

Great atmosphere with delicious food and drinks. Service was efficient and unobtrusive. It had been many years since first visiting this hidden treasure and hope to return sooner next time. Booking is essential.
